Fly-N-High Waverunners & Parasailing

These guys are absolutely terrific! I took two new high school grads there to rent a wave runner, and the crew was incredibly friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a wave runner in Mad Beach. The wave runner was brand-​new and in excellent condition. The instructions were thorough and on-​point. And the fellows manning the dock, counter and machines were personable and friendly.

If you are near Madeira beach and want to rent a wave runner and have it be hassle free this is the outfit to book. The booking is simple and can be done online as well as filling out the forms and waivers for renting a wave runner. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the machinery they offer and are very helpful in making it an enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly, sociable, and will make the time getting acquainted with the equipment fun and easy. Their pricing is competitive with other vendors and their equipment is in great shape and in excellent working condition. We had a great time.

Great experience with Fly-​N-​High Waverunners, the guys were wicked friendly and very informative being a first time rider. They have the latest and newest jet skis at John’s Pass! This summer they are running 2015 Sea-​Doo GTS models and they are well maintained! For tracking your rented time, watches are attached to the Sea-Doo’s. The area you can ride was a good size with plenty of room to explore and fool around! The icing on the cake was seeing a group of dolphins swimming! The shop also has free lockers and a shower to rinse off after riding. Highly recommend Fly-​N-​High Waverunners!

These guys were great and the waverunners were in mint condition. Everyone had great attitudes and made sure we understood everything. Definitely recommend! Going parasailing with them today and expect the same high quality. They have parking for customers right behind which is great.

We had a great experience. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The jet ski ‘s ran perfect. Make sure you make reservations. They have lockers on site for personal belongings. I will diffenly use them next time we come to treasure island for vacation. Thanks again guys.

Great experience, cool staff, great jet skis. The staff were informative & helpful, it was our first time doing jet skis but the staff was extremely accommodating & answered every question we had. We came in at the last minute instead of calling for a reservation ahead of time and they were able to fit us in, but don’t do that lol. These guys get busy so call ahead. Over all great experience and they offer military discount

we visited on a weekday in the afternoon during early April.
reservations are HIGHLY recommended, as they only have about 8 jet skis to rent.
water skis:
the jet skis here are all very nice and new (2014 and 2015) seedoo models.
each can easily accommodate 2 adults or 3 if you have kids.
you have to be 14 to drive the ski.
a simple test is required for those underage ($ 3 to take test).
plan to arrive ~30min prior to you appointment to review the material for the test, take the test, and receive the orientation for the use of the skis.
NOTE: heed the warning of control over your ski, as if you damage it, you are paying for the damage!
staff:
the staff here is great! they are all very fun and happy to answer questions.
the team of three guys working when we were there provided great help, made good conversation while we waited for our rider to return, and worked hard.
building:
the establishment has 4 parking spots (reserved for patrons) directly in front of their shop.
watch you head as you move from the cash register to the skis out back!
the opening is only 4 or 5 feet in height, so be CAREFUL!
getting on/​off the skis is made easy as they have constructed a set of stairs that step you down ski without a need to get into the water.

This guy Patrick at fly n high wave runners was excellent, patient, kind and all at the same time very professional! He worked with us we will defiantly come back again and again!!! Awesome five stars!

Fantastic customer service! My boyfriend and I rented jet skis & the two guys that helped us were friendly and answered all of my embarrassingly dumb questions. They also took awesome pictures of us on the jet skis before we took off. Once out on the water the jet ski ride was lots of fun and we got a full hour. Overall the experience was safe, friendly and fun thanks to the workers and water!

Bobby was awesome and the prices were great!!! First time out and loved every minute! Would not go anywhere else ever again!

Good experience overall — common sense applies to avoiding any damage fees. Be sure to make a reservation and get the name of the guy who books your reservation — ours was not marked as we reserved, but they worked it all out. Great crew of people who will do ya right. The skis were in good condition and were more than powerful enough — got up to 45mph.

Great customer service, a little more expensive than I expected and time in air was relatively short. Wonderful view and great fun!
