I had a carmel latte, which was just OK
Staff was very friendly and the place itself is artsy. I had a blueberry muffin, which I didn’t finish because it wasn’t very good. The spinach crossiant did not have any flavor

This is a cute little coffee shop with great espresso drinks (we get café Americanos and theirs was delicious…4 espresso shots in the large as it should be!). Their scones were wonderful and the very friendly counter young lady offered to warm it for us. Highly recommend!

A nice but small locally owned coffee shop that sells fair trade coffee. My iced vanilla coffee tasted great, and they have soy milk for my daughter. There is some inside seating and also outside as well. A great experience and worth stopping for a cup of whatever you like.

My first time at addicted to the bean! I had the white chocolate mocha! Delicious! Cheaper and way tastier than Starbucks any day! The cashier was very friendly. Very clean and casual setting. Free wifi which is nice. Not everyday you can grab a delicious cup of coffee and walk the boardwalk look out and watch the waves along with the Dolphins!

Personally, I would choose 7 – 11 coffee over Addicted to the Bean’s. It had a cute atmosphere but besides that, I was not impressed by the product. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

This coffee left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t even hot, it was barely warm and didn’t have much of a flavor.
We also ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese — they serve Philadelphia cream cheese which is a Plus since that is my favorite. The bagels were also toasted very well (not too toasted, not not toasted enough)
There is not bathroom in the shop which is a little inconvenient but there is a public restroom about a half block away. I feel worse for the workers that don’t have a quick place to run and use the restroom.

Went this morning and will walk over every morning this week. Coffee was very good. A little over $ 2 and great flavor. Based on past reviews, I will confirm three indoor tables, more on outside covered patio. Taylor was friendly and there was subtle background music. Cute place!

Nice coffee shop over in John’s Pass Village. The barista made my wife a delicious chai latte and I had an organic Honduran roast, nothing added. I bought a half pound of a Peruvian single origin, it smells great. I will find out tomorrow how good it tastes. Nice spot, they advertise free wifi but I didn’t try the connection myself. Tables scattered about inside and out. There were some pastries available as well. Check it out for something local on Treasure Island.

Coffee was just decent. One thing I like when I go into a coffee place is have the choice between several brews along with some flavored brewed coffees. However, at this coffee shop they only had one brew when I went to grab a cup of coffee.

The barista was nice and helpful with suggestions and comments about the options. The white chocolate mocha was very good, not too sweet. There is a wide array of choices for flavored coffee, and the wifi was acceptable for a small coffee shop.

Coffee was great and the staff was pleasant. The wifi worked just fine for me. It’s not as sweet as Starbucks so just remember that when ordering and you should be fine. They also have ample outdoor seating and a great location.

I spent the week relaxing in this town of Mediera Beach outside Treasure Island. I visited Addict to the Bean at least once a day. It’s located between the beach and the marina. Its known for coffee, smoothies and pastries. For me, free wi-​fi was a plus. I tried all of the smoothies including the mango butternut squash smoothy and it was delicious. For coffee, I recommend the white chocolate mocha. It was light and refreshing. I was addicted.

If you are not from here, there is no such thing as sea view, etc
Years behind starbucks, panera bread etc.
Slow service. No outdoor music, dont recall indoor also. Coffee was OK.

I’m afraid I’m going to have to disagree with some of the negative reviews of this store. Addicted To the Bean uses Kahwa coffee, which is brewed in Tampa and is one of the better brands in my opinion (along the ranks of Buddy Brew). It is true that they tend to serve the coffee a little too hot at this location, but I’m sure there are an equal amount of people that would complain if it weren’t hot enough. But otherwise, the staff has always been friendly and I haven’t had anything from this location I thought was bad. They also have some really tasty muffins that go well with a latte.
While I wouldn’t make Addicted To the Bean my goto coffee destination unless I lived or worked nearby, I still enjoy stopping by when I’m in the area.

Painfully bland, lower-​end, tourist-​driven, overglorified mall-​style coffee spot…
Sure, it’ll do in a pinch — but this place has awful coffee. I should know, I’ve had it several times just because we ended up in John’s Pass with out-​of-​town friends craving coffee. Note to self: REMEMBER TO GET COFFEE BEFORE HEADING TO JOHN’S PASS.
And hey, look at all the yummy muffins in the display case: it’s too bad they are individually-​wrapped ‘Sam’s Club’ Otis Spunkmeyer muffins which have been unwrapped and placed in the cases to appear as if they are from some local artisan bakery! SO SAD. Low end.
With so much GOOD, unique and interesting in John’s Pass, it seems odd that the coffee shop is so «meh».

Addicted to the Bean is quite possibly the best coffee place in Florida. Granted I’m not from Florida, I am in fact, addicted to the bean. So far on this trip, I’ve had probably 20 cups of coffee. The one that is sitting just to the right of my computer is by far the best.
Recommendation: Iced Coffee and a muffin
