The owner was wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable about health food. The fresh coconut water was to die for I will be back next time I’m in town!

«Healthy» food should not be this expensive. A cream cheese bagel with lox, coffee and small juice almost $ 15.00. Sure it was good but not that good. Next time go next store to Jennenes and get twice as much food for $ 5.00 with better service.

This place is a great option for lunch in Downtown Macon. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. The fare is fairly light, but also filling. The mango chutney chicken sandwich was excellent, and the slaw paired very nicely. I was not able to try any of their juice options, but I will most definitely be back to do so in the future.

The smoothie had a consistency of a juice!!! It still tasted great though… It included kale, apple, lime, ginger, and pineapple!!! She also added some green powder to it. The drinks come in 8 – 16 oz cup. I also tried a kefir shot and it was great. Made with young coconut. I enjoyed the knowledge the owner shared… I will definitely visit the shop again!!! This place is so needed in the central Georgia area… I learn something new every time I come here!!!

Macon needs more restaurants like this… Natural, organic, healthy, and delicious. I came for lunch. The mango chutney chicken sandwich was excellent, and probably their most popular deli sandwich. Their cole slaw is light, fresh, and home-made. All juices are fresh squeezed from organic fruits and vegetables. The apple/orange/ginger one was really refreshing. They also have vegetarian options like falafel and quinoa bowls. This is a great place to stop for lunch and one that leaves you feeling good about yourself.
