This type of thing is never fun. Lots of forms an waiting. However the staff is nice. The update thy have made since the last time that I was here makes it have a nice flow. Things are very organized. I like that each station has a camera now as opposed to when you had to wait on the only one to e available. The ticket number system is very helpful. It is easy to see where you are in the waiting line. If you have kids there is a nice grassy area out front for them to play in. They have a speaker system to call the numbers outside as well so you won’t miss your turn. Overall it was a fairly positive experience for a DMV visit.

I can’t stand coming here because there are never enough workers to handle the work load and see all the people gathered in the waiting area.
Now it is certainly cleaner than the old DMV that used to be downtown but it still gets me just as mad setting in new seats as it does old ones.
The AC helps but when the new building was built, more clerk stations were placed but it seems no additional workers were hired. Hum… pointless. Come Early or don’t come.
Ps I took the othe star they had just after the worse service ever if you don’t like your job just find another please. Some of us need to be real when it comes to customer service. Wow. thumbs down.
