Included in each customer program is a set of cleaning materials that are only used at your property to ensure clean/​healthy results and the same cleaning staff that will be with you for all of your services. We find that by having the same cleaning staff servicing your property every time, it instills our customers with a level of trust and comfortability. It also helps our staff learn your property and ensure the best results for your cleaning service time and time again. Our teams thoroughly go over their work and do not rush or cut corners. It is their task to provide you with The Clean Genie clean you expect. Helping our customers not only save money but, helping us figure out exactly what they need done rather than giving them a more general guideline is part of the Focus Clean System. We cover everything from A to Z, you customize what you want done. Our system is proven to be cost and time effective without lowering the quality of service.

The Clean Genie is a family owned and operated cleaning service. We service Macomb County, Oakland County, and Wayne County. When hiring our family owned and operated company you can feel confident it is the best choice because of the dedication and time we put in to interacting with our customers and our 25 plus years of experience. Our philosophy just like our slogan is simple «We Take The Time». We take the time just like we would in our own properties to give you the best quality service possible. Our main objective is not only to provide our customers with the best cleaning service but, to build trustworthy relationships that last a lifetime. That is why we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, without our customers we would not be in business. As the founder Terry Balabuch Jr., I developed and perfected the principals and systems we use at The Clean Genie including our Focus Clean System. My vision for creating the Focus Clean System was to provide exceptional services to a very diverse group of customers at a price that fits any budget. Cleaning should no longer be seen as a luxury but more of a necessity for anyone. If your too busy to do it yourself, unhappy with the service you currently have, or just don’t like to clean, we have a program for you and your budget. That’s why our customers trust our professional expertise for all of their cleaning needs.
