Got few quotes from other contractors and was the cheapest by far. Work was average. What’s worse is that after a year when the pavers start settling in and needs some minor re-​work, the owner Chris, never returns phone calls. This tells me that he doesn’t want to maintain a relationship with his clients and is in just for the work. I have called atleast 5 times and he keeps giving excuses. Says he’ll come on the weekend but never shows up. I wouldn’t do business with this guy unless you are his nationality.

I wanted to have a new porch put on my house in Birmingham, MI and I was referred to G & K Construction by a good buddy of mine. They came out and assessed my porch, had a good idea of what needed to be done, explained my options, and gave me a basic estimate. These guys were a pleasure to work with as they were all very friendly, worked all day, and had a very keen eye for design.
I went from having a dilapidated wooden porch to having a beautiful (almost majestic) paver porch/​walkway. It is honestly a head turner for people walking by. I cannot say enough about this company. I would recommend them to anyone interested in any type of landscaping work.
