Fired Up creates delicious Neapolitan-​style pizza with fresh locally sourced ingredients in a custom wood-​fired oven right in your own backyard!

Fired Up is driven by the opportunity of providing a fresh unique food experience. We start with the freshest, highest quality ingredients and buy direct from local suppliers wherever possible. Each batch of dough is prepared fresh, and our sauce is made from the sweetest vine-​ripened tomatoes grown right here in America.

We then cook each pizza in a oven heated to 900 degrees (F) using seasoned hardwoods. The smoke adds a special flavor you cannot get from a gas-​fired oven. All of these things combine to create the most delicious pizza you’ll ever experience.

Our custom built, wood fired pizza oven can be found at various farmers markets, local festivals, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, tailgates, birthday parties, weddings and more.
