I locked my keys in my car and called them to help me. While I was waiting I was was messing with my window when I saw the guy pull in and immediately leave. I called and asked why and the girl on the phone told me that he wasn’t going to help me if I thought I could do it myself. I asked if he was going to come back and she informed me that he told her I would be charged double if he were to come back. They were rude and unprofessional. I would break my window before I ever called them again.
