Burnt food? Check. Missing items? Check. Incorrect items? Ya got it. I keeps it pretty simple. When I do decide to come here, I always get a 2-​piece original with biscuit, maybe a side. Well, one day, I got fancy and ordered cookies. Drove off… the cookies weren’t even in the bag. And the biscuit was missing. Sigh. I called them to complain. Few weeks later, I go back to get lunch for my nieces as well as the previous missing items. Man, this time they still forgot the biscuit and gave me burnt cookies and grilled chicken instead of fried original… Sigh. I think I came back once more and got everything corrected. Haven’t been back since…

I’ll give it to you straight about this KFC. The chicken in the buffet is the chicken they’re too embarrassed to give to customers who buy combos. Most restaurants would throw most of these pieces of chicken in the trash but this KFC throws them in the buffet. I’ve been here a couple times and I have NEVER… seen a fried drumstick in the buffet. All of the other parts of the chicken in the buffet are usually shaped funny or cooked incorrectly. It’s obvious they exclude drumsticks in favor of the cheaper reject chicken. I don’t want to eat reject chicken! If you’re going to be stingy with the food, maybe you shouldn’t be in the buffet business. When I ask them to put drumsticks in the buffet (which I have had to do for 100% of my visits), they act like I asked for their firstborn. Sometimes they will flat out lie and tell me they don’t have any. When they do decide not to lie, they give inaudible responses and usually take their sweet time bringing the chicken to the buffet. 5 — 20 minutes for a couple of drumsticks.
The sides are… decent most of the time. I’ve had some extremely gross peach cobbler here and hard macaroni and cheese. Rock hard, tasteless biscuits. Everything else is pretty consistent but I can’t imagine it is too difficult to pour pre-​prepared beans out of a bag into a pot.
If you’re on hard times, the buffet is a good deal to fill your stomach. Just make sure you’re willing to compromise on the quality of your food.

BUFFET! This is a pretty well-​run location complete with the elusive buffet. While I’ve seen a more complete selection at other KFC buffets, this one is always well-​stocked and has most of the favorites including wings, cobbler, pasta salad and mac&cheese. Occasionally you’ll find fried okra and livers as well. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Always a colorful crowd too.
