Fit Camp by E Trains U provides motivation without intimidation. Looking to get stronger, become more fit, drop a few pounds, and/or reduce size? We help you succeed at reaching your fitness goals by:
*Providing challenging workouts that will burn calories and build lean muscle
*Creating an encouraging and motivational atmosphere during each workout that pushes you to give your best effort every session
*Keeping you accountable via journal tracking of daily exercise and meals, as well as weekly weigh-ins and body measurements
Fit Camp focuses on developing each camper’s strength, muscular definition, and stamina with exercises such as running, body-weight circuits (e.g. pushups, pullups, and TRX Suspension system exercises), and resistance band circuits. Camp sessions are 1 hour in duration. Every session will prove to be both fun and demanding.
We also provide 1:1 Personal Training and Group Training at either your home or area park.

E Trains U was started in 2010 to assist individuals with achieving their fitness and weight goals.
Meet the Business Owner
Eric S.
Business Owner
Eric has been motivating and providing fitness expertise to others for over 5 years. His objective is to ensure that his clients achieve their fitness and weight goals via 1:1 personal training and/or fitness camps.
Eric has completed a Half Ironman Triathlon, 17 Marathons, 12 Half Marathons, and 10 Triathlons. He holds a NFPT personal training certification and is CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
