I highly recommend AAA Heating and Air Conditioning! Their serviceman, Jim Bailey came right out and fixed my ten year old air conditioner. Another company had told me I had to replace it(for $ 4800!). Luckily, I called AAA because a neighbor had recommended them. The whole cost was less than $ 300; Jim was on time, professional and very patient with all of my questions.

Avoid them– they«replaced» an expensive non-existent part in my furnace; when asked for more detail on the part, they hung up on me. They have refused to tell me the name of the part. They should not be allowed to stay in business.

DON’T DOIT, YOU’LLBESORRYIFYOUDO!!! You may see the big ad in a phone book, don’t be fooled. They won’t even come out if it’s a small job. We went to them because some tree roots got into old pipes and broke them. They fixed it for a fair price, were supposed to come back and clean up a bit. Never came back. The tree roots happened again, so we were forced to call them since they did the job last time and it was under warranty. It was decided to replace all of the out door pipes this time since the tree roots got into a different place and the pipes were getting a bit old. It was an emergency so it was to be charged. The contract said half the money down, half upon completion, when the clean up was done. They charged the whole thing, replaced the pipes and did the plumbing, but destroying EVERYTHING, preserving NOTHING, none of the flowers or plants that could have been saved, and left a four foot ditch around half of the house for months, and wouldn’t come back to clean it up. We could have filled it up with water and had a mote. When we talked to the credit card company and it was clear that we were going to get half of the money back, they decided to try cleaning up, but then the idiots were burying stuff like plastic tarps and pipe pieces on our lawn and then rammed into our fence with a Bobcat, causing some visible damage and didn’t tell us. We decided to take care of it legally, telling them never to come back, but the owner of the company decides to come to our house when no one is home, and hammer the fence back in place, takes a picture of the crooked bars that aren’t attached, saying he fixed it, and thinks he would get away with it. Yes, he was dumb enough to come to our house, when the cops and village was already involved and decided to try repairing it himsefl, doing a half ass job and takes a picture for proof. In the end, we got half the money back after a few months, and used it to fix the fence and get grass on our lawn, since they destroyed it all.
