Final Touch Collision takes care of my whole family. So when I needed body work done on my car, of course I gave them a call. It’s wonderful when you walk in this body shop and get an instant warmth from Roberto. He cuts to the chase and tells it like it is. Had my brand new Hyundai damaged on the bumper, and now you can never tell the paint was scratched off! He was even thoughtful enough to repair a small rock chip dent on the hood of my car! My husband has had great work done there also. We will keep this place in the family and love being able to support neighborhood businesses! Thanks Roberto!

Brought my Ford F-​150 here after hitting a deer and man am I glad I did. From the start Roberto was very helpful and knowledgable of all repairs needed. Went to a few other shops for quote and they were a bit higher and some even the same. But went here because of the reviews. The day I picked up my truck and looked at it for the first time I knew I came to the right place. Everything looked wonderful. Gaps were even and my truck was spotless. I also need some touch up work and I will definitely be back. I’ll make sure to spread the word as well. Keep up the great work.

Friendly, fast, and very well priced expertise. Took my gf’s car in after it had been bumped by some older gentleman that was paying attention. There was a decent amount of damage to the passenger wheel well area, door jam, and rim. Took him two days to fix it perfectly, wash the car, and get it back to her. The car looked phenomenal and two weeks later, there is still no difference noticeable. If ever I need assistance with body work, these will be the people I go to first. Very pleased with their work and courtesy.

My bumper had been taken off by runaway driver when I had no insurance and finally I went to get it fixed. I am glad I went to Final Touch Collision. I loved the whole process. I went online to
and booked the appointment for my repair. A day before I received an email reminding me about my appointment.
They had my job done the same day! I was surprised at the quickness and quality of the job. The color replication was exact. The personal attention is also wonderful. I definitely recommend Roberto and the Final Touch Collision Team.

My car was backed into by a friend which dented my hood and bumper. I have a $ 1000 deductible and I did not want my insurance to go up so I was looking for a good deal. I received a quote from a top ranked auto body shop in Chicago for $ 1200 and then took it to Final Touch to compare prices. Final Touch gave me an estimate that was nearly half the price! The service was friendly, fast, and the work done on my hood was excellent. I would definitely recommend the shop!

Initially, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. Roberto was personable and provided great customer service. He was responsive and reassuring that they would take care of me. Until, unfortunately, my daughter got into another car accident and I had to take the care to a body shop preferred by the insurance company. They revealed that the bumper was repaired using dry wall nails to hold it up and the headlight that was being replaced was glued to aid in affixing it in place. They showed me pictures and kept asking me who performed the previous repairs so they an tell people not to use them. I took my car to the dealer that have serviced my car since purchase. I did not share any findings and the dealer informed me that the headlight lock assembly was damaged from the body shop installation and that it was glued in certain spots and that it has to be replaced. They also informed me that wiring was damaged during the body shop installation. Now I have to pay someone else to properly replace my headlight, and it is not cheap! I do not recommend Final Touch Collision, Inc.
