The manager Sarah was AWESOME to work with and helped make my foster son feel welcome and helped him get all set up for his school dance even though she had very little notice!

Everyone was so nice helping me pick out my tuxes for my wedding. knowledgeable not so much. I went to express and spent $ 300 on ties for me and my groomsmen and still charged me for my tie when I specifically told them for 3 months I did not need ties. Also, The day I went to pick up all the tuxedos 2 of them were located in Lynnwood and 3 were located in tukwila. They expected me to drive all over the greater seattle area to pick my tuxedos and do a final fitting. Another issuse that i was upset with was my vest did not match my tuxedo. I had a charcoal tux and they gave me a light grey vest which matched my groomsmens. I told them my plan was to be different from my groomsmen. All in all I was very unhappy with the the tux shop. Should of went to men’s wear house even if I had to spend a little extra money. It’s my wedding not a some prom! I expect everything to be perfect and it was not!

I had my son get fitted for a tux for his special day on Graduation. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They first started out measuring to make sure you fit the shirt, pants, shoes and jacket. We then ordered the type of style we wanted and when it came in the very next day they sent us a friendly reminder text that your tux is in, which really helps with my schedule. We came in the next day and everything fitted well and was great!
I would highly recommend to go and get your tux there in a heart beat. Everything was very well put to gether and organized in each bag or plastic. I will only rent from you guys from now on. Good job guys and keep it up!

I can’t say enough about this place. I called the Tux Shop in a panic. My sister used Men’s Warehouse for her groomsmen and son’s tuxedos last week. Long story short they messed up. The ring bearer was suppose to have a vest because they were not wearing jackets. We picked them up and took them home to try on. There was NO vest. It was a half vest with no back. All the grown men had full vest. Long story short he had to wear suspenders. Wasn’t terrible… but the he was suppose to match his 6 month old brother who had a custom vest. I called 6 places before calling Tux Shop to find suspenders for the baby and NO one had them or even carried them. When i called the Tux Shop a angel named Sarah answered. She said if i brought the baby in she could measure him and alter a regular pair down to fit him that day. She took 13″ off the front and 4″ off the back. They fit like a glove. And both the boys matched and looked great. We had a very happy bride! Thank you Sarah and Tux Shop. You are amazing and I will recommend you to every bride i meet.

I just had my wedding yesterday and the tuxes were absolutely one of the biggest highlights! The staff were incredibly knowledgable, the tuxedos were high quality and everyone looked amazing! Thanks guys I would rent from here again most definitely!!!

My review is based on their customer service, not their tux. We were charged twice for the tux rental for a friend’s wedding, one at the fitting and again at pick up because they claimed an error within their credit card system. When we returned the tux we brought both receipts as well as copies of the credit card statements showing both charges, they refused to do anything about it and we were told to take it up with our credit card company, which we did and were refunded the amount we were overcharged, great! THEN the tux shop proceeded to send us to collections over the amount our bank refunded. Apparently, paying once for a tux rental is not enough for these guys. Will not be returning for our own wedding, nor referring them for others. Lesson from all of this, keep your receipts guys!

My fiancé and I had been having difficulty finding a pink vest with pink tie for our wedding. We decided to stop by and see if they had any options. Porsha was extremely helpful.
I’m glad we started our search early. Porsha was great at getting back to us about putting in an order. She said it would take a month. I was patient and waited more than a month. I finally stopped by and found out there was just some lack of communication. Porsha told me it had arrived on time… someone just forgot to call us and tell us. Porsha was very apologetic and even had it transferred to another location closer to home.
The vest and tie are perfect and I’m looking forward to seeing it on my husband to be this weekend :)

Great service

My son has prom tonight and I had the fun of joining him last week in his search for clothes to go with the beautiful vest he already owned. We found exactly what we needed for pants and also a beautiful tuxedo shirt (with the pleated fronts) and two bow ties (for options) at The Tux Shop in Lynnwood. They had pants Dane’s waist size which is a 28, stores don’t usually carry anything so small in their adult departments. The Tux Shop altered the pants (at no charge) on the spot to lengthen them so they would fit his legs. They were super friendly and happy to spend the hour it took for us to make our decisions. While the pants were being altered for Dane It would take only ten minutes but by this time I was very hungry and had a migraine building from shopping at Ross with their fluorescent lights so we told them we would run over to Red Robin for a bite to eat (same parking lot) and be back. We leisurely ate our food, ordered dessert and then all of a sudden I realized, «I have no idea what time it is!» The Tux Shop closes at 9:00 PM. and it was dark out! So we hustled out of the restaurant and ran across the parking lot where our salesperson was waiting for us outside. It was about ten after nine and the manager was still doing her closing duties but they had waited for us and stayed a little longer just so we could get what we needed! Oh, and Dane knows how to tie bow ties but not neckties so the salesman helped him learn to tie the necktie even though we hadn’t bought it there. Such thoughtful and fantastic service. And we left there store having made purchases that amounted to less than sixty dollars! We will definitely shop there again.

Professional and courteous staff!

I used this shop for my wedding. Upon entering the store, we were greeted right away for our initial visit during a non peak month. They were more understaffed when we came in for final sizing and order adjustments during prom season.
Rodney from this Lynnwood store was very professional and listened to our desires for our wedding. I did feel like I was in good hands because he and a few of other others on the staff were very knowledgeable with their inventory.
When it came for the pick up, I noticed an error in the billing right away. I ordered different things for each men in my bridal party. I was pleased with how quick they fixed the bill and credited us the correct amount.

I came here to rent a tux for my senior prom. Make sure you go there when it’s not crowded because it is a small shop, and when I was first picking out my stuff, the guy helping me made me feel a little rushed. There were only 2 people working at the time. They should probably increase the # of people working during busy seasons like this.
There was a size problem with my jacket (the sleeves were a little too long, maybe it was me just being picky) The service I received from Caryn was great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. She fixed it no problem. I kind of feel bad for making her to the extra work :(Because it was so busy the day I went. It was nice of her to go out of her way to fix my small problem: D

I had come in looking for a suit for a client of mine (a teenager with disabilities) to wear to the homecoming dance. I hadn’t realized how far off I was on dressing a guy for a dance, however I was way off. I walked into «The Tux Shop» who I had heard about from a friend who also told me they were having a sale. I walked in and was immediately helped as well as a lesson on the different styles of tuxedo’s. I then brought in the teenager and the service provided by Peter was amazing. He even brought out a James Bond poster and made him feel like a million bucks! He was so friendly, patient and was able to help us get everything for a GREAT price. Wonderful service and would recommend to anyone!

My fiancé’ and I went to the Tux Shop in Lynnwood to rent tux’s for our wedding party. Upon entering we were instantly greeted and helped. The salesman spent a lot of time with us and walked us through each step, he even small talked. He showed us their entire selection (which was huge) and gave us his honest opinion. The plus side to the Tux Shop is that if they don’t have a color to show you on display, they can order it in the store within a week for $ 25 and if you do not like what you ordered, no worries because that $ 25 will be subtracted from your total bill.
This was the first rental store we looked at and decided to go to two other stores before making a decision. We shopped around and immediately came back because they honestly had the best prices, customer service and selection.
The only down side was that they didn’t have a sample of our particular color blue in the store, but we were able to order it and will try it on next weekend. Another down side is that you cannot try much on because they do not carry many sizes, but like I said, you can order anything in to try it on.
If you are looking to rent a tux, I fully recommend going as early as possible and go to the Tux Shop, you probably won’t be disappointed.
