If you are stressed, tired, sore, or generally overwhelmed with life, we can help! Taking care of those no-​longer-​twenty-​years-​old pains is one of our specialties. Our gentle techniques help expectant moms to deal with those body changing aches and pains… naturally. We’ve also helped lots of people recover from serious auto injuries, sports injuries, and around-​the-​house slips & falls.

Depending on you and your bodies ability to change, you can expect to see relief from pain, improved flexibility, less tension, and an ease of being. You can expect to feel heard. You can expect to feel in control of your healthcare choices. And you can expect to be supported by us in whatever way we can.

History

Established in 2004.

Dr. Misty and Dr. Andrew met in chiropractic college (Life Chiro College West) and fell in love. After college they moved back to Lynnwood to be close to Dr. Misty’s family, enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and start a chiropractic office with the mission of helping to make Lynnwood a healthier and happier place.

We started as a family business. Dr. Misty’s Mom & sister have both worked the front desk and both Drs. families helped with the start-​up costs and construction (thanks, family). That family vibe has become a big part of our office culture. We hope that our patients feel our genuine kindness and caring.

Since we opened our office, we’ve been on the never ending mission to make a meaningful and positive impact in our patient’s lives and our community. We’ve helped lots of people stay connected to the activities they love to do and the people they love to be with. We’ve had lots of fun too. Dr. Misty Gargan first got under chiropractic care after hurting her neck playing tennis at Lynnwood High school. «Chiropractic care helped restore balance to my spine & nervous system, which allowed me to not miss a single match & achieve a varsity letter as a freshman!»

Dr. Misty still gets adjusted once a week to keep her immune system strong, to help her keep up with her nephew, and to get her ready for her annual dad’s backpacking trip. She is also very active in the community (maybe you’ve heard of her?). She has a burning desire to vacation on a vineyard in Italy and one day wants to create a scholarship foundation.

Dr. Misty has focused her post graduate education on pregnancy & pediatric care, gentle instrument adjusting techniques, and Biophysics technique. She specializes in pregnancy care and has helped dozens of women have more comfortable and successful pre-​natal experiences.
