The worker who made my boyfriends coffee did a horrible job and was rude about it when I return it and told them what was wrong with it. I was watching him make a white chocolate mocha and he did It in the wrong procedure. My best friend works at Starbucks and I get my coffee there all the time so I pretty much know baristas do just by watching. And this employee just straight up did it wrong and was rude about it. Talk about great customer service… it took him a long time too making the wrong drink.

I effin love this Starbucks! This starbucks is great because of the people that work there. They are always so nice and they will bend over backwards for you. I work at the mall and so really the people are more important to me than the coffee. I don’t wanna see someone practically every day that doesn’t know how to treat a person! The girls are super nice and treat you like a friend, and the guys are polite, friendly, and charming. As far as the coffee goes, if you’re a real coffee snob, you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks anyways. You go to Starbucks for caffeine that doesn’t taste bad, not for the best coffee ever. And that’s what you’ll get. Tastes good, kills the caffeine headache. And let’s be honest, you’re not gonna find much better in Lynnwood anyways.

This is the one in front of Macy’s in the mall! Coffee is good. But very slow. Always slow. Workers are to snobby. :(

I’ve come here many times while at the mall. The coffee tastes okay but the milk is never foamed well. It is always just warmed in the steamer. The lattes don’t have a nice foam on them or any foam at all. They just dump the warm milk in the cup. I recommend going to the Starbucks outside the food court entrance. It’s much more consistent. Or just get drip here.

This is the Starbucks located at the nucleus of the Alderwood Mall. I loathe mall shopping but there I was needing coffee. This is a busy coffee kiosk obviously staffed by veterans who are fast and efficient. They have to be because there always seems to be a line.
