This was one horrible experience. Back Story, I am on my dads account and I can’t make any purchases with my own card if he’s not in store with me. I get it, it’s their policy. My dad has cancer and is unable to be in store with me to make this purchase. My sister called Sprint’s customer service and they directed her to someone so she could explain this situation. I need a new phone, my phone is on it’s last legs and I would love to communicate with my parents since both of them are elderly & very ill. So, My sister talked to someone at sprint and they said they would be able to help & put in a note in my fathers file allowing me to make this purchase since this situation is very unique. Gave me some sort of number/code thing and told me to bring my ID. Well, I told this to the STORE manager and he was just rude. Wasn’t sympathizing, or trying to understand or even giving me the time of day. I understand that we can’t just go off of he said she said, but had he looked in my fathers file there would of been a note!!! All he had to do!!! I went to another sprint store, and I finally got my phone!!! But he didn’t even look me in the eyes, say sorry or even try to have a good customer interaction with me. Hey, if you can’t do something for me I understand but please treat me with respect & good customer service. The Sales associate that was working there was awesome, he kept his cool and did all that he could do(which wasn’t much) but at least he gave me respect & good customer service. Heck, he probably could of hated me in his mind lol but at least he kept his professionalism and gave me respect. I was and I’m IN a fragile state, I am young & trying to be there for my terminally ill father & very sick mother. When I don’t have my phone working properly I could miss something very important. This store manager was just plain mean. Just mean. We all have bad days, but if you are a store manager be strong enough to handle your ill & bitter feelings.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has piss poor customer service. Purchased an expensive iphone case that broke under what’s considered a manufacture defect. the sprint store should take back the item replace it for the individual and return it to the manufacture just like they do if you have a broken phone instead they tell you to go to the manufacture yourself. Horribly awful terrible customer service.

The entire staff here is very helpful. I had a billing issue and the bafoon supervisor at Sprint Care had me about to pay for an entire lease cancellation. Like Im not the spiteful type of dude that would do that would do that sort of thing. I figured before i did anything rash, i should talk to someone at the store i bought it at. Im glad i did, the world is no longer ending, problem solved. Everybody I’ve interacted with here has been awesome. The problem i had that i spent a cool hour on the phone trying to resolve, was fixed in 5 minutes. As much botching as I’ve ever done about the Sprint network, the staff here have ensured I’ll remain with Sprint for years to come.
