Thorough Real Estate services from an investor/​owner point of view. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003, a licensed Home Inspector since 2010 and an investor for 17 years. I have personally rehabbed 4 homes, subdivided 3 properties, and helped hundreds of buyers with their home transactions. I am an expert in negotiations and accurately and effectively reflect the severity of any property issues.

I am also an approved Inspector for the City Of Tukwila mandatory rental property inspections, as well as the City of Seattle’s Residential Rental Inspection program (RRIO). I am dually licensed as both a Realtor and a Home Inspector and carry substantial insurance protecting you.

My contractor/​investor experience helps me be even more valuable to clients that are looking at fixers, or properties that could use some attention. I routinely help my clients brainstorm solutions or upgrades based upon the inspection findings.
