Old Navy

Really agitating when shopping their sales. They place 20% signs next to or near 50% off signs and the shelves contain the same item. Then you take it the register to find out that its a new season item and its actually full price. But there’s a whole shelf of them right by the 20%/50% off sign… They should at least honor one of the discount. I received some discount on items that I didn’t even know were on sale and paid full price on items that were suppose to be on sale. oh, and dont bother shopping their clearance. Not only are they overstock on XL/​XXL … but you’ll also find items that arent clearance in there, thinking they are. Its almost as if, whoever was responsible for returning the clothes to its proper location was just being lazy and dumping it wherever. Super annoying. And its not just this old navy… The northgate location has the same problem.

We just tried to exchange a Christmas gift. The associate proceeded to tell us in no uncertain terms how inconvenient this was for her. Then suddenly insisted that the exchange could not be done and needed to be completed online. We will end up donating the cloths and encouraging gift givers to shop else’s where. First personal exposure to Old Navy, which I will make every effort to make my last.

The employees here are so focused on themselves and it feels like they really don’t care about any of the customers around them. It’s great to have a clean store but if you could help me find what I’m looking for that would help me out even more.

This store is often pretty crowded and disorganized. It’s also kind of small and the line for the dressing rooms is always long. If you come here you should plan to be in a patient mood (to sort through piles of disorganized clothing, long dressing room lines and long check out lines.
The men’s section is pretty small and not a great variety of styles.
The staff are usually quite friendly though.

Old Navy has great scarves and cardigans! I do prefer their online option though, since special sizes are offered there you can’t find in-​store.

I’m a big fan of Old Navy. I am not a big fan of this location. The racks are often a jumbled mess, it feels more cramped than other locations, and the lines are impossible. I love the deals and sales Old Navy has but they do not staff at this location in a manner that efficiently handles the customer demand. The last time I went in, I left a pile of merchandise, went home and ordered online. The $ 7 in shipping charges was worth not having to wait 30 minutes in a line that moves like molasses. Every single time I’ve been in this store it has taken an unreasonable amount of time to check out. Unless I happen to be near a different mall, I’ll be purchasing online to avoid the hassle.

This used to be a horrible lay out, now that it is redone and updated, much better. The store is still a mess but I am not sure that is their fault. I always see staff out there trying to refold and clean up. People are just disrespectful and lazy now a days.
The lines are usually long but you do get through them fairly quickly. I had no issues over the weekend with customer service, If anything they were better than normal/​There was a toddler throwing an epic, screaming, kicking fit and the cashier was great about not letting it get to her.
I will say that I do not typically come to this location because Lynnwood on the weekends is INSANE. If I happen to be in the area though, I come here.

There is an Asian employee here named Michelle. Michelle does not do crap. She just sits there. If you ever encounter Michelle, your visit is sure to be a disappointment.

This used to be our favorite Old Navy location — it had a better layout than the Crossroads store, and since it was the store where they sent a lot of the clearance merchandise from the other stores, the selection was much better, too.
Sadly, they remodeled the store at some point in the past year, and now it looks exactly like the other stores, same layout, same stuff.
So, as Old Navy goes, the store is a good place to go for inexpensive basics: simple t-​shirts, fleece pajama pants, plain old jeans, basic sweaters. It’s great for kids’ basics, since they’ll outgrow the clothes before they wear out. If you sign up for their emails, you’ll get a great coupon.
We stop in on Black Friday because the prices are too good to pass up — half off most things, giveaway prices on others. The staff is friendly enough. The parking lot is a little crazy but I’ve always been able to get a spot without too much fuss.
It’s no longer worth a special trip, but it’s still worth a stop when you’re in need of basics and in the area.

I have shopped here a few times. Mostly for my step-​daughter because they have likeable clothes at a fair price. On my last visit I was in search of maternity clothes. I had looked online first and it looked like they should have the camis I was looking for. Well, they didn’t sell them so I ended up getting the tank top version instead. Well, after I moved their ladder so I could get to them. It appears the home for their ladder is right in front of the maternity clothes. Additionally, the cute clothes that were on the maternity mannequins were not sold there, the shelves were a mess, and the selection was nearly appalling. I managed to find a couple items and headed to the check out. Consistent with other reviews, the lines here are ridiculous. There was one cashier working with about 7 people in line. The cashier called for help twice before someone came; which took longer than it should have. A worker did come up near the front but apparently was just putting an item away and had no intention of assisting the customers. In the past, Old Navy has been a place I keep in mind because they have fair prices and decent quality. I am beginning to reconsider that now. I wouldn’t recommend this location nor would I not recommend it. My primary word of advice is to be prepared to wait in line a while.

I buy cheap jeans here for my grade school boys. They tear through pants like… Maybe a hot knife through butter? Sorry. I’m tired. Tired of this craptastic store! The people that «work» here would rather not. The store is a disaster — all day, every day. If it is ever tidy I promise you the sign on the door says «closed». The kids here don’t know if they have other sizes in the back. They go to check and disappear. And checking out is a nightmare. The last two times I have been here, I put my purchases down and walked out. Buying crappy jeans should not feel like the old days of wAiting in line outside of a record store to buy tickets to see your favorite band. It’s a joke. Buy online if at all.

If you ever think you don’t feel quite depressed enough for the day go to Old Navy and try on some shorts. Shorts shopping is already bad enough and Old Navy manages to bring it down another rung.
The pants all have a way of making me look the absolute worst I can look. The fits are always weird and the fabric just feels cheap in all of the clothing. I guess you know what you’re getting into here but yeesh.
The only thing I can get here are the tank tops and even those are just kind of eh.
Their deal bucks promotions are really annoying, too because the window to use the bucks you «earn» is so short. I bet the % of ppl who actually get to use their deal bucks is very low.
Last time I was in here it smelled so strongly of chemicals I had to step out. The level of quality here compared to Gap is just so much lower it’s appalling. The checkers here move at an absolute glacial pace chit chatting with every customer even though there’s a long line.

I have been shopping at Old Navy for years now and I love their selection for me and my daughter. I know I can always find something to wear. Their sweetheart jeans are my favorite! I am never disappointed.

I love Old Navy. They always have something on the clearance rack I need. Sure its super hectic and disorganized and you have to dig through tons of clothes to find your size but there are great deals to be found. I try to stop in here regulary to see what’s new on sale. The check out line usually moves fast and the parking is not too crazy. I’m a big fan of their pants and can be pretty confident my size will fit me correctly without having to try it on. I also very happy with their growing athletic wear selection.

Very large location is the first thing that comes to mind every time I enter this Old Navy.
Usually I am grabbing last second gifts for outfits for a visit with my family. The location is right off of I-​5 not the mall, close by thought but traffic around this whole area is pretty bad:(
Ended up in here a lot longer the last visit since their clearance racks were freakin ridiculous and me and the baby girl stocked up!!!
Couldn’t find a size in a dress I really wanted, only XXL and S? really… then she looks up locations for me and they have a biz zillion mediums in Tacoma! seriously…

Do you need cheap tank tops or panties? This is the place to stock up on basic garments that’ll last a couple of seasons. Don’t expect high quality, they are inexpensive for a reason but decently sewn and manufactured. I am a fan of their online store which offers items not found in their physical locations.
If you purchase plus-​size items, you must return them via post with their postage paid label but at least you don’t have to pay for the return postage. Take care to read the reviews of an item, sometimes there are size fluctuations. If you wear one size and reviewers say it runs small, it might behoove you to also order the smaller size and return the one that doesn’t work out. Another thing about their online store, it’s partnered with the Gap, Piperlime, and Athleta for additional savings on shipping, etc.
Parking is plentiful unless you come on a weekend. It’s located in a strip mall with an Ulta and a bookstore. It can become full quickly. Staff is pleasant though sometimes difficult to find on the sales floor.

It appears many of my reviews are of the lower end of stars, so I wanted to put in a positive and here it is. Old Navy rocks when it comes to shopping for KIDS CLOTHES! The prices on their t-​shirts are awesome and they last through two kids. I hang dry my kids shirts, so possibly that’s why they’ve lasted through two boys, but they have. Their jeans don’t though… however, with a sale I can get $ 5.00 a shirt, so who can complain about having to buy new jeans (when they’re on sale for $ 12)? Plus there is plenty of parking and there is *always* a sales person around to a) help me hunt for a size or b) if size is not found, call around to other stores.
For adult clothes, I think the store is perfect for t-​shirts, shorts, and basics. I’ve never purchased shoes or jewelry. The shoes look like they’d kill a person’s foot after about an hour.

I am frugal. I tend to shop at Old Navy quite a bit, because I can have new clothes and not break my budget, which happens to be pretty small for things like clothes, and considering the amount of clothing I own, it’s probably best that I don’t overdo it.
They do have pretty great sales, and I appreciate that I can get basic items like tanks and hoodies for 7 – 10 dollars. I’m a casual girl so I tend to stick to the essentials.
I would say that every couple years or so, they suffer from vanity sizing, which means that their sizes tend to fluctuate in fit from year to year. Last season’s XL could be more like a XXL and vice versa.
They have an awesome selection of very affordable, very cute summer dresses, in a wide variety of colors.
The biggest problem is that Old Navy clothing doesn’t tend to last more than a year or two with frequent washing, and things tend to unravel and such. I usually buy new summer clothes on a yearly basis, so this doesn’t bother me too much, especially considering how inexpensive the clothes run.

Old Navy shirts are not made for the girls with more… ample busts. Seriously, there is not a single shirt in that store that fits me properly. I always go in thinking, «I’ll just try one more time…» and end up leaving unhappy.
However, last time I gave their jeans a shot and they actually fit me really well! I was pretty pleased. They don’t really hold their shape that well, so you can only wear them a few times before they need to be washed, but for cheap jeans, they fit the bill.
Parking lot is awful, but I guess that’s not really their fault. That whole area has terrible parking. I remember when that whole area used to be empty and that was my family’s «secret» back way of getting to Alderwood Mall. Now it’s jam-​packed all the time, UGH.
