Jiffy Lube

I bought a used car and brought it in for an oil change (sticker and records showed it was done about 7000 miles ago) they not only said it was recently done and not to bother (showed me a clean dipstick) but also replaced a tail lamp for free. Been coming here and will keep coming here.

I took my Jeep into this location to get a routine oil change. I’ve been going here since moving to the area in 2007 and haven’t had a problem. This time, I also got my front differential serviced. I paid and left under the assumption all was good. Over the course of the week I realized the front diff was leaking. I got down underneath and there was very obviously fresh fluid, not just anything that hadn’t gotten washed off, but visible droplets. I ask my friend, who’s a professional mechanic with Walker Renton Subaru, and he takes a look. He tells me to go back immediately and get it fixed.
Okay, fine. I’m annoyed but things happen. I call them today while I’m at work and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude and deflective. She told me if the plug was leaking they would fix it but they aren’t responsible for anything else. No, in fact, they are 100% liable for the damages that happen while in their hands. She proceeded to hang up on me when I explained I just wanted them to take a look. Basically giving them a chance to fix the mistake, no questions asked.
I show up and they take a look. After 20 mins they come back and explain «it was just dirty and not leaking!». They just «hadn’t cleaned the pan». No explanation for the fluid that was visibly leaking from the differential. But it’s okay, they cleaned it for me! I tried to argue with her but she basically led me to my car and told me to have a good day.
Take it back home, mechanic friend takes a look. Tells me they replaced the plug and seal, and cleaned it.
To sum up: my vehicle was not only damaged, but I was spoken to rudely over the phone and then lied to, again, about the work done to my car. The problem is «fixed» but I would never recommend them to anyone after the lies and the attempts to cover their mistakes. They didn’t admit to the problem even when confronted by clear evidence and just assumed I was an idiot by switching out the seal and telling me that it wasn’t leaking all along.
NEVER give them business unless you want to be treated like an idiot and have damage done to your car.

I was at Jiffy Lube to have an oil change and topping off my transmission fluid. When attempting to discuss prices with a female employee she continually had her back to me making it nearly impossible for me to hear her. When asked to repeat herself was visibly irritated. My hearing may not be the best but when I stated that I could not hear her because she was facing away from me, she said she could hear me just fine.
She then TOLD me to pull my car into bay. I am not accustomed to giving my business to Impolite employees, so I then got into my car and left.

I went in for an oil change and Alton was honest and upfront about what was worth doing there and what wasnt. I had them replace my air filter and license plate light and then Alton said my coolant was low so he filled it up completely free of charge. I had a great experience here and Alton is the best!

I was leaking oil after getting an oil change at a DIFFERENT Jiffy Lube. I noticed this while running errands and pulled into the Martha Lake Jiffy Lube. I was so impressed with the customer service provided by this team (especially a big thank you to Sarah!).
They identified the root cause of the leak (other shop was stupid/​careless), basically redid the oil change, and cleaned the under carriage of my car that was drenched in oil. They fixed everything free of charge and had me on my way in less than an hour.
After the dumb mistakes made by the Kirkland shop, I was concerned about going to another Jiffy Lube. But this place knows their sh*t and has some experienced mechanics!

Do not come here. Unless you want to babysit one of the workers kids. She wouldn’t leave me alone, I just wanted to sit in peace while I waiting for my oil change. She was getting into a guys face that was waiting in the room with me. It was very unprofessional and I will NEVER come back. Get a babysitter

I had an issue with the work performed and the manager fixed it right away. Will come back again

On 8/​4, I stopped by in a rental car since the dashboard was telling me one of the tires needed air. I was recently in an accident and unable to freely move. I asked the attendant, Sarah, to check the air for me and she was happy to do so even though I was in a rental car. I was in and out quickly.
I have been to this location before a few years back when I lived in the area for regular oil changes. They did a good job then too.

Decided to give it another try after 2 years because it’s convenient. Customer service again was good, but what stood out for me this time was I asked for a basic oil change and that’s exactly what was communicated back to me by the service tech. No additional costs for an inspection that I didn’t ask for — just a straight oil change and oil filter replacement.
I left my car and headed over to the local business next door. About 5 minutes after I left the shop, the service tech came over personally to tell me my car didn’t need an oil change. The oil was clean. Turns out my wife had it taken care of 800 miles ago and I forgot.
To have the service tech walk over personally to tell me this speaks to his honesty and integrity. I greatly appreciate that and I’ll be back in 2200 miles.

Nice job. So easy to work with this company. They check the car, do an oil change in 15 minutes even clean the windows. Overall very well done and does not come expensive at all. BRAVO!!!

My car was overheating so I came back to have my fluids checked, that wasnt the problem. Shane was very helpful and went above and beyond. He even gave me some numbers of relieable shops in the area that could help me with what he couldnt. I wont go anywhere else these guys are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable! Agree with the previous review. Offered extra services as recommended from vehicle type and frequency of service and safety. Leaks that were detectable were found, other equipment was checked and condition verified. I was happy that the basic oil change pricing was of no increases of a span of several years. I plan to return for another visit.

I got 90% of my things done.
Workers were so knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful. Would definitely come back for my next oil change. :) best jiffy lube I’ve ever been to!

If I could give this place zero stars, that is what I feel they deserve. I came here for a simple oil change and right away the manager began pushing me to go with a more expensive oil. When I asked about less expensive options he made it sound like those were being fazed out. I did get him to use a cheaper oil, but he told me it might cost an additional five dollars if my vehicle was a 2WD instead of 4WD drive. I drive an 4WD SUV so I didn’t think much about the possibility of the extra charge. It wasn’t until after I left that I discovered an extra five dollar charge on my receipt. I guess if you are a blonde woman they are going to take advantage of you here. I will NEVER go to Jiffy Lube again. I prefer to work with honest establishments.

These guys are LEGIT. Very professional, informative & the customer service is world class. I think they have a new completely different crew compare the last time I went. Just ask for Shane and Josh. They’ll take care of you. Thanks again fellas.

Really good customer service. Called Ahead And When I Got There. The gentleman that helped me on the phone scooted right over to assist me. Yes. I do really enjoy good customer service. You cant go wrong for bringing your car here

Folks, not only was I in and out in 15 minutes, they were polite to one another and me, they offered extra services — without pressure — so I got Rain-​X for a buck, this was a fantastic experience. Shane, the manager, is a respectful person.
Listen, if you’re busy and don’t have the tools, bring your car here: oil, top off fluids, check tires — you’re good to go. Some Jiffy’s don’t provide this level of service, but this was my experience.
First time back to Jiffy after a «not so good» experience.
Give them a shot at your business. These people deserve it. they are doing everything right.

Fast service, even with 1 or 2 cars in front of me. Not pushy and the tech explained any maintenance that was needed. I have been to this store before and will certainly come back.
I spoke with one of the tech’s and they said they have had a lot of manager turnover. So if you haven’t been back in the past eight months, you’ll definitely want to stop by.
