The lady(fairly sure she was the manager) was really short with me and took my order wrong. On top of all of that my food was cold and the fries were so mushy like they had been microwaved… It’s was nasty…

I just wanted to say thanks to Melissa working the window tonight around 1AM just because she does a really great job every time I’ve go here. I’ve been through other times before late just like now because I can never make my mind up and try to stay away from fast food late because people treat you like crap and food comes out well. Crap haha, but I end up settling for it anyway .I really enjoy coming to Jack in the box when she is working the window just because she treats you really good, is so nice and just seems to be great and awesome person. She is deeply appreciated for her customer service. Just was trying to share and acknowledge it if somebody else hasn’t already.

Whatever you do, do not go here! I stopped by after work at around 11:40p.m thinking i would grab something quick before heading home. Little did i know that i would have to wait 20min sitting in the drive through just to get terrible service. The food wasnt great and the employee’s were rude, didn’t even apologize for the wait. Will avoid this place at all costs.

I placed an easy order: It was and easy order to my standards. It took 15 minutes for them to get my order to me. I guess drive thru gets p residence over walk in customers. Then the manager/owner comes up to me and tells me that I received his order instead of mine. I had already consumed the burger in question. Normally I always clear my table for the next person, but seeing that no body was inside, I went ahead and left the table to be cleaned by the overpaid under worked employees he has working there. If I were Jack I would not only stay in the box, but I would burn the box with him in it.

I’m only giving this one star because Unilocal makes you rate at least one. I’m an overnight manager next door and rarely come here. But I wanted a burger at 1am so I drove over. Not only did I have to repeat my order 6 times!!!, but the guy(whom I thought was a girl) cut me off like three times and giggled after I repeated my order the final time, as if he was doing it on purpose, he didn’t offer me sauce, I ordered a Coke and got a Sprite. I ordered and paid for a large and got a medium, and he practically threw my bag at me and slammed the window in my face. I wanted to fill out a survey, but I didn’t receive a receipt, which I think he did on purpose. I have the exact time I went to the drive thru and I WILL be going in there in the morning to speak to the owner. I don’t want a manager, I want the owner. I should’ve thrown my sandwich back at that asshole! Never again.

Very bad experience, was harassed, was told I’m banned, and to leave before he calls the cops, when all I wanted to do was speak to him as an adult and express my concern of his professionalism, and wanted to let him know he can’t treat people like that.

I came here only to buy a couple shakes. I got to the drive-thru and had to repeat my order 3 times. The guy obviously cannot hear because by the third time, I was literally shouting. It was a long wait at the window to receive orders. When I finally got to the window, the guy just shoved my order in my face. I had to ask for straws, seriously? How do you expect me to drink it without one. Not only this, but he didn’t even confirm the order, restate the price, or even greet me. The only reason why I don’t give them 1 star is because they actually got my order right

Everytime I come here I have a problem. First of all there’s a language barrier then they just stare at you. I always end up having to order at the window when I go thru drive thru. Today my husband had the same problem then when he got home I realized that they messed up our order and gave me the totally wrong sandwich.

To start off the customer service sucks! The cashier charged my co worker and I for extra ranch then when we walked away began to say something in Spanish and and laugh! Surprise my friend speaks Spanish and called her out then they made up some reason as to why it said they charged us for curly fries and that was the ranch price! Will never go here again and will be writing to corporate! There is no competent employees working there!

This location is RIDICULOUS. Not a single person there speaks more than broken english, and I have only ONCE not had to have them fix something on my order. Our last visit there, we were missing two regular cheeseburger. Not hard, right? Called them, was greeted with a mumbling, broken-english-speaking employee on the phone, and tried to let them know that he was on his way to pick up the missing items and that I also expected some other form of compensation as well. Hell, I didn’t care if it was a small drink that cost them five cents. I was just sick of this happening over and over again. If it weren’t for the fact that I was pregnant, tired, and craving chili cheese curly fries, we wouldn’t have even purchased anything from them again. After being hung up on twice by two different(very rude) employees, my husband finally arrived to pick up the missing items. He received a greeting from a security guard and two local police officers, and two cold cheeseburgers, nothing else. My husband was one of the few lucky survivors of the E. Coli outbreak from JITB food many moons ago, and now I’m thinking that if they can’t control their employees, they certainly can’t control their food quality. Needless to say, I will not be back at another Jack in the Box again for fear of my health, not to mention my sanity. Don’t do it guys! If they serve us food at the incorrect temperature and also throw a temper tantrum like that after having to fix the issue, how long do you think it will be until they have another disease outbreak?

I guess now I know why they replaced cashier with a touch screen machine that takes your order. People behind the counter speak or understand very little English. :-/
