History

Established in 2009.

As owner of my own rental properties I looked into my options for property management take the extra time to find tenants and manage the details of renting on my own. I felt that none of my options represented me and who I wanted to be as a landlord. Finding great tenants was a priority to me — people who would stay and care for my property like it was their own. It was important to me to foster mutual trust with my tenants while maintaining a professional business relationship. And I wanted to be represented with a level of integrity that I did not find in anyone I interviewed.

Management was no easy endeavor. It was a lot of learning, legalities, details and time that I didn’t have. I found that I enjoyed property management and that doing it my way worked. As it became a passion I chose to make it my career. By 2014 my business had grown and Definitive Property Management was born. Today I am proud of how we go about our business and eager for what the future holds.
