New front desk staff super friendly and helpful! Very welcoming new space. Got an appointment quickly for emergent need. Provider was thorough and respectful as was Gins the dental assistant. Feel confident they will take good care of me.

The first time I went there, I had Dr Linstatt, who was wonderful. She repaired a cracked tooth. She had me get another appointment for a cleaning and complete check up with her. I had to wait 4 months for that appt. When I got there, I was informed that she doesn’t ever work on Tuesdays and I was given another dentist, then also told that I can’t possibly have a cleaning with the checkup. After waiting 4 months and being told otherwise. The asst, Meghan, did not know how to take xrays, CUT MY MOUTH, and also compromised my confidentiality by asking medical questions in a loud voice (There are no exam rooms, only open cublicles. Anyone can hear everything). I demanded that someone else take the xrays, and another asst. came in and did so with no problem. Her name is Samantha and she is very good. Then the dentist came in who was not Dr Linstatt, m but Dr. Taylor, and was very rude to me and demanded that I sign the patients responsibliity sheet because «we are having so much trouble with you» (!!!) I refused and asked her to check my mouth for the cuts from Meghan. She refused to do so! She refused to examine me and ordered me to leave. I did so and called the Office Mgr, Shawn Frederick, who was at the Lynnwood location that day. He did not call me, so I called again the next am. He was rude and stupid and did not deal with the screw-​ups committed by his staff. He tried to take ME to task for being angry at the terrible service!!! I am 60 years old and NEVER saw anything like this clinic. I have filed a formal complaint with the WA Dept of Health. I was treated like dirt for being poor (I am a laid off University prof, so high education does not save you here, even if you are white) DO NOT GO TO CHC for dental stuff!

zero stars they will take way to many x-​rays pushing back even emergency appointments four or five months back, they have done this to me every time i have gone there for a teeth cleaning there cavatron does all there work anything serious will be sent to a different county, i can not stress how under staffed they are just look at the 5 dentist pics on the wall, the front office is not friendly or helpful i truly think
they are just putting people way off on purpose just because there power tripping what there job is, the hhs should be contacted about violating are human rights
don’t let them push your emergency appointment back 7 months and split ex-​rays into separate appointments digital ex-​rays are instant so why cant they do work the same day not so many months off the tooth will be rotting out before your ever seen and they don’t do implants ether note this review is about the chc in Arlington the there hospital parking lot

I have been coming here for 3 years. Previous visits weren’t that great, but the last 2 times I’ve come here have been fantastic. I have a new Dr. her name is Ashley Brown and she’s always on time, listens to my concerns and if she doesn’t have an answer she researches until she does. Her bedside manner is excellent always goes above and beyond any other Dr. I have seen from there or anywhere for that matter. The receptionists are very friendly and know what they’re doing. My prescription refills are always ready the same day. If you can get an appointment with Dr. Ashley Brown you will be very impressed.

This place is a joke! The doctors are always running at least 1hr late, kids run wild and reception says nothing, probably 1 out of 10 patients speak english, pamphlets in English are a rare find as well as comment cards and the doctor «drops the ball» quite often. If you are looking for bottom of the barrel health care, then this is the place for you.

I had an old filling fall out and went here for help. I lost my job during the recession and I am now a full time student on Emergency Unemployment while in school on the retraining program. I am so low income that I qualify for the maximum of food stamps. I came here because I had heard of the sliding scale and low fees. I was in for a wake up call!
I was charged for the initial exam, where they took an x-​ray and looked at my tooth. Then I was told that it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in to do anything about my tooth. I waited 2 weeks in excruciating pain. Then I went in for my appt. There was an issue with billing that had to be tended to before I could be seen. They wanted more money. I paid again to be able to get in and have my tooth taken care of. The dentist was wonderful! She worked really hard on my tooth and kept me informed throughout the process. She cleaned it out and said it would be a root canal or extraction, then put in a temporary filling to hold me over until I could get another appointment. Wonderful! Until I went back out to the receptionist…
They wanted more money. By the time I left I had spent $ 1000 to get my tooth treated, and it’s not even fixed yet. They want another $ 2000 to finish the project, in a course of 2 more appointments that would be spread out over a period of 3 months. Of course, I have to pay up front and just pray there are no «surprise» charges after.
I was thinking, «it will all be ok, I will get a refund from the sliding scale», but big surprise: I was denied a sliding scale! They are keeping all that money and I got another bill in the mail, they want me to pay MORE!
With all these charges, I could have gone to the expensive dentist office down the street from me, and paid them half, yes HALF what I have paid CHC dental and I would have been FULLY treated the same day I walked in!
Lynnwood CHC Dental is a rip off! They are only trying to take what little people have left and they give nothing in return!

This review is for the Dental Clinic at CHC.
I woke up Sunday morning with extreme swelling around what I call my «evil» wisdom tooth– The sucker has always given me trouble with trapping food and infected gums around the area off and on, mainly because it’s only partially erupted. So after trying to keep it clean for a couple days, the swelling remained and the pain only got worse, and I knew I had to bite the bullet and visit a dentist somehow.
The wait to get seen at the UW just for a consultation/​referral was 6 – 8 weeks. I was told I should probably find an urgent care clinic so I could at least treat the infection. I always freak out when I hear «urgent care» because all I see is dollar signs. I am not insured and I am one of those horrible people who only see a doctor or dentist when there is something so wrong with me that I can’t fix it myself.
I was able to walk into the clinic, they take urgent care walk ins until 2pm, one of the few clinics in the seattle metro area that accepts walk ins, and was seen fairly quickly with not much wait. The receptionist, dental assistant, and DDS were all very caring, listened to my concerns, and made me feel that I was taken seriously and was prescribed the right treatment. They also have an in-​house pharmacy which is extremely convenient as well.
Although the expense was unexpected as it usually is when there is an urgent need for medical care, it wasn’t completely unreasonable. I didn’t have to prove my income to get «special pricing» like at most clinics, and they even pointed me to a program that would possibly get me a cash discount/​refund of some of what I paid today if I qualify income-​wise if and when I apply. They gave me a referral and a copy of my x-​ray to show the oral surgeon once I find one. All included in one flat fee.
I always had reservations about Community Health, but after my experience here today, i’d recommend them to anyone looking to get affordable, conscientious urgent care.

Out of all the places that I have been to see a doctor, this has been the best so far. Every single person from the medical receptionist to the doctor was very kind and helpful, This is actually the first time that I have been treated like an actual human being in a doctor’s office with the staff being very professional, non-​judgmental, and QUICK. Maybe it was because all I needed was a doctor’s note to go back to work from taking a medical leave, but I had called the day before to get information on fees and how the sliding scale worked and the person I spoke to gave me all the information that I needed for my first visit, explaining that I would need to bring in my last 2 pay stubs for the sliding scale application. She also informed me that there is a $ 20 co-​pay the day of my appt. This is a great place to go to if you don’t have to see a doctor immediately. I was very happy with my experience, especially because I usually get treated like dirt when I go see a doctor.

This health facility often times is like a circus. Everything about this facility is disapponting. (more later)
