Pinatas-Pinatas

This is a great source for handmade, custom pinatas in the Boston area. We have got 2 pinatas from here for my daughter’s birthdays and were very impressed with the quality and price. The first year, we had her make a replica of Eric Carle’s Hungry Catapillar which came out amazing. The second time we had her make a yellow school bus (my daughter was really into the Wheels on the Bus song). Both were about $ 40 and were very large and beautiful.
The location is a large purple house — private residence — in Lynn. GPS got us there just fine the first time. You will probably want to call ahead to make sure they are home.
Make sure to ask if you want a piñata stick.
The only issue we had was that in order to make the 2 rather complicated pinatas, she had to put in a lot of wire internally to support the structure so this made it hard for the kids to break the piñata. Just keep in mind that you might need to help the process along at your party by ripping open the piñata if the kids are unable to break it open themselves.
