Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t believe anyone else ever wrote a review for this specific dunkin donuts. The place is nice as any other dunkin. The service is not that great. Somehow they mess every order up… if you ask for anything out of the ordinary things, you can forget about getting your order right. I dont know what it is… if it is the staff or the fact that its usually super busy there, or both, or what… I just know that I can never get my order right. They also dont know how to do cappuccinos. They just dont. They will give you a latte instead. They don’t understand that a cappuccino is supposed to have lots and lots of foam… at the end I pay $ 3.00 for a coffee with hot milk… Sergio is the only one who does it better but not exactly how I would like it to be… I am just giving two stars because I understand that it is a busy place and it’s stressful to have multiple orders to deal at the same time and it takes time to make the perfect cappuccino… but I have been going to D’amici’s Bakery to get my cappuccinos since they do it right.
