I own the business as a sole proprietor. I began tuning and repairing pianos professionally in 1983, worked for a piano dealership, and established this business January 1, 1992.

Business Owner

I learned the craft of piano tuning and repair service at Berklee College of Music. After graduation in 1983 I became employed at a piano dealership north of Boston, and managed the piano service department there for 8 years. This led to establishing the service business on my own, which has been operating since 1992. I have been a member of the Boston Chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild since 1986. The Guild’s mission is to provide opportunities for piano technicians to improve skills and continue their education in the many various aspects of piano technology.
