Established by Albert V. DiVirgilio, our company has grown to a full-​service insurance agency.

Currently, DiVirgilio Insurance Agency, Inc. serves the insurance needs of about 3,000 individuals and families, and 300 business concerns in Essex County and adjacent areas.

DiVirgilio Insurance Agency is no fly-​by-​night company. Owner and operator, Al DiVirgilio has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance business. He knows where the best deals are and can find the coverage you need to protect you, your family, and your business.

Business Owner

Matt DiVirgilio is a native of Lynn and is the President and Co-​owner of DiVirgilio Financial Group and Capital Management (DFG), located in Lynn Massachusetts. During his tenure DFG has grown both organically and through acquisitions. DFG offers both personal and business insurance lines and provides investments through Investors Capital Corporation, a nationally recognized securities firm clearing through Pershing LLC, an affiliate of The Bank of New York Mellon.

Mr. DiVirgilio is committed to a high standard of excellence and knows the needs of all of his clients. Mr. DiVirgilio works with many carriers and is fully licensed in Securities and Property & Casualty.

In addition, Matt serves as the President of the St. John’s Preparatory (SJP) Alumni Association which consists of over 13,000 alumni, a member of the Bentley Executive Club and Lynn Business Partnership Group.
