New to the area so I was craving roast beef. I ordered for delivery a roast beef three way (my fave), along with food for my friends. The roast beef was amazing! The sauce was great and the roast beef was tender. My friends enjoyed there chicken kabob salad and steak and cheese. Delivery was wicked fast, I will definitely add this to my favorites list.

Love the bread at Beachside. It’s a regular sub/​sandwich shop, but the freshness and quality are superior to others I have tried. Order a cheeseburger, and it comes out as a double cheeseburger… it’s like heaven!!! Definitely recommend Beachside.

Nice Ma & Pa joint with that friendly neighborhood vibe. Roast beef sandwich was good, mayo, cheese, and BBQ sauce, ala Boston I guess. Washed it down with fruit punch at a shed beach side. Ahhh!

First time here. This place passes the roast beef test. I got a double decker with cheese and onions. That’s the way I like it it was a little on rare side but not gross… very tasty. I shall return and try other items in the future…

Italian sandwich. wish there was a little more Italian in the wich. The bread was Excellent! There was one piece of salami, one piece of cheese. etc… The French fries were undercooked. soggy. I have never made a less then satisfactory review in my life and am sorry to say that I don’t think I will make another visit. Perhaps because I was a 10 pm customer and that thought whoo hoo a drinker. Unfortunately not. I wish I had run thru Wendy’s.

The best chicken kabob sub you will ever eat. Pizza is cheap and decent. I’d recommend you get it with toppings though because the plain cheese is pretty uninspiring. Roast beef sandwiches always get it with extra sauce. The cold cut subs are also really really good and full of meat.

Like a lot of roast beef places in Lynn this place seems to have had a decent food when they open and quickly going downhill after that. You won’t get food poisoning from this place at least not in my experience for most of their menu items are uninspired and seem to taste all the same. Never mind if you order a bag of french fries and onion rings all you get is a soggy greasy bag of nothing.

The owners are so nice. There is few people working there and for them to make such a dish so quickly and tasty I am pleased to give them a good review. I have had pizza here but the alfredo, brocolli and chicken pasta was worth the order. The pasta was definately to my expectations. Fresh, hot, and seasoned to perfection. I also love that they serve you such large portions. They are never stingy with feeding their customers. A+

New England beach food. Good greasy pizza, fried greasy seafood. Not an every day choice, but excellent for those indulgence days when a little grease is called for.
