Love this place! Owners are awesome. They remember you and remember your orders. Super busy place because it’s great food each time! Lemon rice soup and chicken kabobs are the best.

Customer service is the worst. I have gone there 3 times(was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times, we all have bad days) They are downright rude. I stood there for 16 minutes without even being looked at or acknowledged upon walking in, even tho there were 6 employees in there and 3 at the counter and only one customer waiting for their order. No thank you’s at all, grabs your money and yells next. Definitely not worth the wait or rudeness.(one sub took 28 minutes to prepare)

I’ve tried Atha’s a couple of times and wasn’t very impressed at all. The staff taking the orders at the counter are rude!!! All they care about is taking your money. I walked up to the counter and was greeted with«what would you like» I replied with«I’m good, thanks», and smiled in her face while she just stared at me blankly. They don’t talk to their customers with any type of friendliness. Once I ordered the fish fillet sandwich(not a difficult order). When I got home I realized it’s a FROZEN fish patty. NOTHING about that says fillet to me! The subs are greasy. Too many other places in Lynn for the same food options. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Atha’s any time soon.

Used to be my go to pizza and calzone place. Last 2 times I got delivery(including 15 minutes ago) my pizza was saugy-and I asked for well done which should be crispy. It’s 70* out and my hot sub showed up cold with saugy bread. Very disappointing. Would stay away. I will not be spending anymore money here.

Sadly I would love to give this place a five star rating but I’ve been coming here for a whole while and the employees possibly the children of the owner are completely rude and don’t feel the need to smile or greet you or say thank you. As I handed her my $ 34.00 bucks I said thank you and In return I got a «next». I’ll find another place that appreciates people that support your local business. Plenty of places like this ill pass next time I’m in this area.

This place is the best overall sub shop in the north shore. Everything here is good. The menu is massive, so you’ll find anything you are craving at a particular moment. It has the 2nd best roast beef sandwich, delicious bbq steak tip subs, awesome pastrami, and best blue zone calzone now that mediterranean ruined theirs. The staff is friendly and it’s the place I frequent the most.

I’m surprised this place does not have more reviews ! I visited Ma this past week, and came to this place two times. Their food is delicious, and they have very good prices! Super roast beef was delicious and under $ 5.50 which was very good, and tasted way better then two other places that were much more expensive that I went to. I also tried the spinach/feta roll which was also pretty good. Will visit this place again when in town!

So far, I’ve loved everything I’ve ever gotten here; calzones, subs, pizza. My husband got introduced to Atha’s when they ordered it at work one day and we haven’t looked back since. They’re one of the few places in town that has ricotta cheese and their calzones are huge and awesome.

Best sub shop in Lynn. Very friendly, always busy. Large portions. Wish the produce in the salads was a little riper. But that’s as close as I can come to a complaint.

I love the local sub shop in Lynn. All are OK, but this place is a hidden gem. Ask for the chicken ziti broccoli, or the steak tip Caesar salad, or the souvlaki with rice! All menu items are great.
