The House That Jack Built was founded by Jack Whetstine, President, to meet Bay County and surrounding counties’ needs for quality, well-built housing that is custom tailored to each homeowner’s individual needs and desires, at a price that they can afford. We strive to be a «turn key» builder — because we understand that the idea of building a home can be intimidating to some people. Our goal is to completely educate the customer up front of the multiple facets of home construction, lot preparation, permits and financing — not just quote a «square foot price». At the end of the day, we want our customer to have a full understanding of what it will take for them to have the home that they want where they want it, and more importantly to understand the «whole cost» involved (without having «surprises» in the process).
