Joe C.

Business Owner

Joe Caprio is the Founder and CEO of UpTime Tech Support. Joe is a DeVry University Graduate and posses over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. He spent the early years of his career working in NYC for various start-​up companies including Onsite Access, E-​Link Communications and AT&T Local. in 2001, after the tragic events of 9 – 11 and the bust of the .com bubble, Joe was faced with a decision of either searching for another position in an overly saturated industry or following his entrepreneurial calling of owning his own company.

After applying his technical skills to several other business ventures including fitness center, Joe decided that it was time to once again embrace his true passion for technology and launched UpTime Tech Support in 2008. His company now services dozens of small business throughout the greater NJ and NYC Metropolitan area.
