RL&ML Properties & Construction, LLC. is an Ohio based construction company that offers complete construction services as well as rental property. We are committed to offering high quality workmanship at affordable prices. From your front steps to custom built homes RL&ML Properties & Construction LLC does it all.

Rob Lasko, the owner grew up in Lyndhurst Ohio and is a graduate of Charles F. Brush High School. He established RL&ML Properties & Construction LLC in 1990. Rob has an extensive construction background, with 20 years as head of his own masonry company. Rob also built 30 homes for other contractors over the years. In addition RL&ML Properties & Construction LLC rehabs and rents homes.
