I can’t say enough about working with Leandro for both my wedding. From day one he was always professional in every aspect of the process. He came to our apartment to walk us through his portfolio along with everything he offers. He shot our engagement photoshoot in Hoboken and the pictures were amazing. Within a few hours after the photoshoot he had already posted a few good ones on Facebook (after asking our permission) and then sent the remaining photos about a week or two later.
Leading up to the wedding he was in contact with us to find out what pictures in particular we were needed to take (mostly family pics). The day of the wedding he was there from the start of us getting ready to the very end of the night. After taking our standard family and posed pictures, he moved to the dance floor to start taking pictures of everyone partying there. He was never in the way and caught some amazing shots.
Within 4 – 5 weeks he had edited and published all of our pictures to our own personal website. This allowed us to share it with whomever we wanted. There were well over 1,000 pictures and every single one was amazing. I would absolutely recommend using Leandro as your wedding photographer.

Leandro’s photography is great.
The problem was that he didn’t show because I couldn’t wire him the money during my rehearsal dinner because Wells Fargo was closed on Saturday Night.
I never was given a contract to sign.
Just told that I would get a contract when he was paid. Whatever, so I gave him a check and forgetting that he didn’t cash it, I removed the account as cash for all the Vendors on the day of the wedding which was Sunday. Who cashes a check on a Saturday? I couldn’t put it back so I transferred the money from another account so Leandro could get his payment but the banks were closed and he said «if you don’t pay me in 1 hour, i am not showing up!»
This was at my rehearsal dinner!!!
I ended up with another photographer of three available who took cash at job site.
I would love to know if anyone had an event he shot on June 8, 2014 because he left my job to go to yours.
If you had no other plans on a Sunday of June 8^th, except my Wedding; why would you quit and refuse to take cash at site of event? tell me only pay pal…
Then tell me you are going to a Birthday Party?
Leandro only paypals, no charge card processor probably because this is his side job and there are fees to charge machines. I just don’t paypal because paypal doesn’t have credit card protection and they wouldn’t refund my money for package that was never delivered but left at my door supposedly.
Oh, and he kept my deposit of $ 600 as a Engagement Photo Fee, which was included as part of the Wedding Shoot Package.
This was agreed but only had we not used him for the Wedding; not if he found something better to do and not show up.
Bottom line is… Leandro is good photographer so many would wanna use him and there is a chance that he could find other jobs if you book him and wait to pay him last minute.

What an artist! Best photographer in Jersey! If you ask me at least! Had our engagement shoot at the south street seaport. It was a day full of fun. Walking around, snapping pics and just capturing the best pictures possible. Super excited about the way the pictures came out! Would recommend him to anyone!

How do I even begin? Leandro Dasilva Photography was my first choice among many others for many reasons. First, his work is flawless. He is not only a «wedding photographer» he is an artist. He is able to capture the moment in such a beautiful and creative way, that you will be in awe. I had destination wedding in Mexico, I didn’t feel like he did any less of a job because he had to do it all on his own and he also didn’t over charge me because of it being a destination wedding. Myself and my guests were so impressed with his dedication to capturing all the moments of our day. He was so accommodating, to the point where we had our engagement session two weeks before our wedding and we still got our images before we got married. I could go on for days! He is just worth every penny and will give you images that will make you feel like your right back in that very moment! Oh let’s not forget that he actually spent his birthday working on my wedding!!! What a great guy! :)

I can not even put into words how professional and amazing Leandro is. Not only did he give me the most amazing photos in the world he spent time and effort working with me with every detail and question along the way. I keep a stack of his business cards at my desk because my clients are floored with the my engagement and wedding photos. I went to a wedding this weekend and just from the picture on the lock screen of my phone I handed out 2 of his business cards. My friends and family were calling me for weeks after my wedding asking me who my photographer was because of his amazing pictures and artistry. You can’t ask for a more professional and amazing company to have at your special day. He also custom built a red carpet and step and repeat for my guests to have their photo taken, they all got their photo at the end of the night as a memento of the night! Amazing! NJ bride magazine and 201 bride magazine have asked to use my photos in their magazine because of how beautiful they are! I don’t know who «Young K» is but he must be a competing photographer in te business because Leandro is the most kind, professional, and attentive business man I’ve ever met! If you want picture worthy of a magazine call Leandro!
