Received an estimate for a 3 week lead time on a lamination. It has now been 9 weeks. I have never once received a phone call stating that there was a delay or problem with my order. Everytime I called I was told they were checking on the order and would get back in touch. Never once did a I get a call back. Worst costumer service ever.
