History

Established in 2003.

CS Custom Structures, Inc. is a Central Virginia based design and build firm comprised of architects, designers, project managers, master carpenters, carpenters and a general contractor. We serve our clients with design and construction services under one roof.

CS Custom Structures, Inc. was founded by C. Scott Elliott in March 2003. His mission was to bring good architecture back to the community. His father’s father was a builder and his mothers’ father was an artist and decorated World War II veteran. With a strong passion for design and construction, Scott merged both elements based on the influence of his two grandfathers.

Over the years the firm has evolved from a one-​person operation to a vibrant design and build firm, employing over 25 professionals striving for excellence and superior craftsmanship.

Custom means one of a kind and at CS Custom Structures, Inc., we never duplicate our designs. We make that commitment to our clients through design as well as construction.

Business Owner

Scott is the General Contractor for Custom Structures, Inc. Also a member of the American Institute of Architects, he oversee’s the day to day operations and assists in design as time allows. Design and construction has always been his passion. His lifetime dream is to be a steward to the community and bring good architecture back into the construction field.
