Michael has been immersed in the optical industry for more than thirty years, beginning in Boston, Massachusetts. Later, in New York, after completing his graduate degree in business, Michael was fortunate to work in design with top fashion houses such as Gucci, Ferre, Missoni, and Polo. His experience expanded to the retail field, where he was the owner of several high-​end sunglass stores and one of the first executives to introduce boutique names to major department stores.
