Worst customer service. also had many problems with chicken salad. Donuts, etc yes they took care of it but the owner called me and said thanks for the info .and why do I keep coming back. I told him I live in Lynbrook. Don’t have transportation, so he said oh I see 3 times they took care if you. well if something isn’t right they need to fix it. even if its 10 times they need to do the right thing

I stopped by here on a Sunday on my way to Tcby. They had plenty of free parking and there were no other customers in the store. This location had a lot of different donut hole flavors. I ended up buying six. The marble glazed cream filled munchkin was my favorite. I was surprised to find cream in the center and it really tasted fantastic. Powdered sugar and blueberry were great as well. The sprinkles flavor looked great but that was about it. It didn’t taste that good.
Their bathroom was locked and they had to buzz me in. I was very annoyed when I saw they did not have toilet paper or paper towels!

Retard donuts. They can’t even make a regular coffee correctly. I go to Valley Stream now. Plus I don’t like having to deal with the lard-​ass soccer moms buying 1100 calorie coffee slurpees at 8am.
Dunkin Donuts…5 stars… there are some dimwits on this site, for sure.

Hands down the best dunkin I’ve been to anywhere. Anytime I go to another one it doesn’t taste as good. The staff is friendly and polite (I can’t say the same for their costumers some of them get nasty). I just love the way they make my coffee!

Someone from the office picked up D&D on their way in and I managed to resist for the last 5 hours. My stomach and brain had quite a match with each other. BTW, brain lost that epic battle. I went with a glazed…

Always a fast, friendly, efficient staff. How does this location manage this? I have no idea, but they should take the counter staff here and make them train other DD on how to treat customers and provide great service.
The only problem is the parking lot can get full quickly. Also, this location happens to be a frequent hang-​out spot for local dirtbag teens… yuck! Like, go hang out in someone’s basement or something and get out of here.
All in all, I luv this DD!

This Dunkin Donuts has what most of them do not. Consistency.
The coffee is always good, always fresh, and never burnt. If you ask for coffee light and sweet, it’s always the same amount of light and sweet no matter which staff member is helping you.
Speaking of staff, this place is always staffed by awesome and friendly people. Especially the night guy Luis, who always greets you with a smile, even if it’s 4 in the morning. I wish I could muster that much enthusiasm!
The only thing I wish is that this place had a drive thru. But you can’t have everything in life I suppose.

How can anyone write a bad review about Dunkin’ Donuts? Did you not smell that pumpkin latte in the air? Or fresh donuts coming from the back? It’s too much to bare!!!
This place was super friendly and really clean — yay and yay! Although they didn’t have yet the Halloween decorated donuts (damn it!) they had the specials that we’ve seen advertised on TV; can’t have it all I guess.

Finally an awesome d&d!!! Especially compared to the dreadful Franklin Square location, this Dunkin is a dream come true. And now it’s my local D&D! No more having to deal with incompetence anymore. There’s no drive-​thru, but I don’t even care because the staff is friendly, professional, quick and most importantly, COMPETENT. The donuts and coffee even taste fresher. YAY!!! The only thing that kinda sucks is the parking lot… what a debacle. Other than that, it’s the picture perfect Dunkin Donuts. I love it!!!

This is my home base Dunkin’ Donuts. This place has a pleasant staff, both day and night, and it’s open 24 hours, so if you ever needed a cup of DD coffee at say, 3 AM, you could come here and get one! I’ve also sat here and loitered for hours and never had an issue. Love my Lynbrook DD!
