History

Established in 1997.

Potter and Primm Inc. opened in 1997. I’d like to tell you we have this fairy tale story about how I always wanted to be in the business… but truthfully I can’t, because it’s not the truth.

The truth is, a buddy and I were working in a factory and we were looking for something new. The only thing we were certain of is that we didn’t want to be working in the factory any more. So, we decided to go to school to get our certificate for heating and cooling.

Over the years we have worked hard, helped a lot of people, and live by the motto that we will always do what’s right 100% of the time.

It’s not fancy… just the truth.

My Dad taught me that hard work pays off… and that’s really all I was equipped with when I started this business. I worked hard and did what was right by my customers. Today, we have a pretty good business… but we are always working on getting better, and delivering the ultimate customer service experience to our customers.

I started Potter & Primm Heating and Air with a buddy of mine in 1997. I’ve had the honor and privileged to serve the people of middle TN ever since. When I’m not working, I live to play golf, fish, hunt and camp with my 3 boys.
