You do not want to rent a U-Haul from this location. It’s a gas station on a busy road, so it, in turn, is very busy inside. Gas station patrons take priority over U-Haul patrons; they even have separate windows through the bullet proof glass(yes it’s in that kind of area) for gas patrons and U-Haul patrons to ensure you don’t interrupt the gas station operations with your rental activities. It took somewhere around 30 minutes for me to complete the paperwork and receive the key to my rental because every two minutes the attendant had to stop helping me and go ring someone up on the gas station register. To add insult to injury, when I finally had my key in hand, I go around the back of the building where the trucks are kept, drive out, and am greeted by a fuel tanker refueling the gas station. It just so happens the fuel tanks are located directly in the middle of the only path from the back of the building to the street that a 15+ foot U-Haul truck can navigate. I got to enjoy watching 25 minutes tick off my 24 hour rental clock while waiting for the gas tanker to finish filling the tanks before I was able to leave.
