We are general contractors, however we specialize in what we know and do best, energy efficient vinyl replacement windows and solid core vinyl siding wall systems. History

Established in 1995.

From our humbled beginning in a very small office on Florida ave. we always just wanted to help customers improve their homes with top rated products (that we don’t have to appologize for) at an affordable price. Our business has grown a lot over the past several years. We now have a showroom and a large warehouse. Month after month 30 to 40% of our business is coming from repeat customers and referrals. Business is absolutely booming in this down economy for us and for that we are very grateful.

My wife and I started our business as a small home improvement company back in1995. I had previously worked for other home improvement companies in the area and had a lot of experience in the home remodeling industry. Our focus has always been on helping people retrofit their homes with new, energy efficient upgrades such as windows, doors, insulated siding, soffit and fascia systems, as well as painting and various other exterior renovation projects. Starting out we used a few hand picked subcontractors. Today every crew we send to a job is indeed an employee, unlike most of our competitors in our market are still using subcontractors. Today we have 22 employees and continue to grow our business year after year. We owe a lot of our success to our dedicated team of employees ensuring we have happy customers. We treat your home as if it were our own, and you can count on that. We’ve been THE top rated company on Angie’s List for 13 years and never a complaint with the B.B.B. Try us.

In a word, outstanding! We have an older home that still had single pane windows (that had been painted shut decades ago), an odd configuration of too many (and unnecessary) doors, and suffered from amateur DIY modifications. Dennis and his team worked closely with my wife to replace all the windows with modern, hurricane proof windows, replace unneeded doors with proper windows or walls, and overcome the previous owner’s shoddy & cheap workmanship. We could not be happier. The crew was here when they said they would arrive and they were careful and clean as they worked (and they were replacing nearly every window in the house). Best of all, they brought everything back up to code as they were corrected the previous owner’s DIY mistakes. 18 months later, Dennis was back by the house to fine tune anything that needed adjusting – pride in the work his crew had done but also investing in the customer.
From the installation team to the office staff to QC, we have been impressed. They are easy to work with, professional, and considerate. Very deserving of the 5-​star rating!

They were incredibly unprofessional. Showed up 30 minutes late for our appointment and proceeded to waste the next two hours of my Saturday. He offered no apologies for his late arrival and came utterly unprepared. He must have gone out to his car at least 4 times for various things he kept forgetting.
Our door size is irregular and after eliminating the doors we originally liked we finally found something we liked that he said would come in our size. He writes up the order and says we have to pay him a deposit that day for the work and he would be contacting us in a few days to confirm someone coming out to take the measurements. Not sure why he couldn’t do it while he was there, but fine.
The day he is supposed to call comes and goes and finally my husband calls him and his response was oh I didn’t call because those doors don’t come in your size. Are you kidding me??? I call the bank to stop the payment on the check i had already written and he refuses to refund us the fee we were charged due to his incompetence. He actually called me ridiculous for stopping the payment.

I owe the guys at Morgan Exteriors an apology… They saved the day for my Mom’s house last year — putting in new windows after she had a minor fire in her kitchen (and the firemen did what they had to do). After the dust had settled — her house was pretty much windowless, but the old ones had seen better days anyway.
The Morgan exteriors team swept in with a price that was easy to work with, and then got her home back to normal in no time. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

It’s a shame that I couldnt give it more than two stars– its a disservice to the installers who did an impeccable job and installed my windows beautifully. However, the salesman’s sales practices are horrendous. Pushy, high pressure and rushed. They also don’t stand by their price-​match guarantee. If you choose to do business with them, prepare yourself to be aggressive and don’t take no for an answer when haggling pricing with them. It was evident that the salesman is more concerned with making his commission that giving customers the best pricing.
Also– we got quotes on doors, and their price was about 8k higher than all the other door companies we received quotes from.
The only reason they got the two stars I gave them was because of the beautiful job the installers did. Morgan Exteriors sales practices leave much to be desired and I won’t be doing further business with them.

Even tho i read the one bad review, I contacted this co., as well as two others. Morgan exteriors contacted me the next day to set up appt. They came on time 4 days later and spent quite a bit of time showing me various types of windows, designs, etc. I found the salesperson very helpful, not pushy. Price was consistent with other co. but this co. helped me work out the finances by paying some now and getting a no interest payment plan! Windows completed in 1 ½ days and they are awesome.(wish i could post pics) The installers, Ted and Donnie were very professional, knew what they were doing. Cleaned up every time they took out a window and replaced it. No problems whatsoever and I would recommed this company to all my friends (which i have already). Spoke to the owner today, Mr. Kirk Morgan, when i called in a credit card payment… very nice gentleman who appreciated my business and comments. I have the salesman calling me next week, since I want to replace my front door with hurricane proof glass so i can get my home owners insurance cost reduced!

This review is for a failed sales experience:
Essentially, their sales twit blew me off. I had him down to quote me on storm windows for my 1927 S Tampa family home (about 2 months ago) and while he was here, he asked about any doors or gutter projects that he might bid on as well.
I was actually impressed that he would ask for more business (a good salesman! nice!) so I said yes: Sure — Gutters and a replacement door for my second floor porch door were both on the agenda!
Him: Awesome, I’ll get back to you.
A couple of months go by, the painter is here doing his thing, I realized — hey, no quote! Assuming he probably mailed it and I didn’t get it, I called his cell and left a message. Benefit of the doubt and all.
No reply. I called the office and spoke to the manager/​owner (?) who said «Thats unusual, he gets paid when he sells something» I’ll have him call you. No call.
Apparently he is paid too well.
I called again, finally catching the sales person at the office (Chris Jackson) who informed me «Oh, we don’t do storm windows of the type you want, we focus on replacement windows.» Sorry about not calling you — just had a kid. Really? Its been TWO MONTHS!
OK. So:
WHY didn’t he call me and say «Hey Jim, we can only bid on two of the three projects» 2 months ago? Or, when I called again, the same thing. Or, when I spoke to the boss, call me then. NOT on my 4th call.
See, professionalism is what I expect. Saying ‘not in our realm’ is professionalism. Blowing me off is not.
If they keep this up, there will be no more potential customers to disappoint.
