History

Established in 1982.

Attorney Hayes was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in 1982 and has maintained a law office in Lutz, Florida since 1984. He has served as both an associate attorney and partner with several law firms in the Tampa Bay area and has now been a sole practitioner for approximately the last 15 years. The law firm has been at the same location on State Road 54 for over 20 years during which time Attorney Hayes has maintained his same para-​legal assistant.

Business Owner

Graduate of Stetson College of Law in 1982 with the degree of Juris Doctor. Also a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science (1976) and Master of Science (1977) degrees in Government. Attorney Hayes has served 3 terms as chairman of the board and two terms as President of the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the board of directors of the Pasco Economic Development Council, the Tampa Bay Commuter Rail Authority, and the Suncoast Harvest Food Bank. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Pasco Education Foundation and the Heritage Park Foundation.
