Our teams’ commitment to continued education coupled with passion creates a platform that delivers an unparalleled level of talent.

Since our start only 8 short years ago, we continue to thrive and grow. Within the first two years we expanded our first location doubling in size and soon opening our second location. Roy Naccour and team are proudly setting new standards for the beauty industry.

Hello, my name is Roy Naccour, owner of J. Joseph Salon and Spa.

I knew very early on that I had a passion for dressing hair. This epiphany came shortly after traveling to France and attending a hair show. My training began as a teenager in Sweden. Since then, I have received training in Europe, the Middle East and the United States!

As I traveled, I learned many things and paid close attention to top stylists and how they practiced their trade. After making my home in the United States, I began dreaming of opening a salon and the unique experience I wanted to create for my customers. I resolved to make my vision a reality and that vision became J. Joseph Salon and Spa.
