I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with small children, I don’t even know where to begin, my child was enrolled there for about two months(February/March) at first everything was great, they sell you the idea that your child is well cared for however within weeks I was regretting my decision, the staff is poorly treated resulting in teachers quitting, my child’s classroom had a great teacher and within weeks her teacher whom had been with the children since some of them were babies was floating from classroom to classroom and the children were left with the teacher’s helper, lately I would come to get my daughter and there was a different teacher almost everyday, when I asked about the teacher was told they were looking for a «better teacher», I tried to talked my concerns since my daughter responded great to her«starting» teacher and was told by one of the owners that«my child had difficulty sitting down and following directions» seriously?! You blame a two year old for your lack of organization and management?! I was also shocked when I brought my daughter back from spring break and noticed cribs inside the classroom where the 2 year old are, how do you intend mixing babies with toddlers? Not sure, I went to a few day care facilities(touring) and ALL of them had the babies and toddlers separate. When I picked my daughter this afternoon her clothes and shoes were soaked she was shivering and no one didn’t even realized she had a soaked diaper and soaked shoes/clothes her nose was running and I could tell her shoes were wet for a while because her feet were completely wrinkled as if she had taken the longest bath! that’s when I decided I could no longer pay for my child to be there.

I have to say I was utterly impressed when visiting ecopia day school. The teachers and staff are very friendly and you can tell they really care. The facility is new and state of the art. I wish there were schools like this around in my time. They really want to build the child’s imagination and thinking skills with their creative curriculum modeled after Reggio Emilia approach. Overall it is very impressive and seems like a great place for learning … Go take a tour and see for yourself!
