Dr. Meissner is a board certified foot surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has over thirty years experience in examining, diagnosing and treating all foot and ankle disorders. Dr. Meissner provides complete medical and surgical care for the entire family including the treatment of bunions, hammertoes, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, ingrown nails, all sports related injuries & designing custom orthotics.
Dr Meissner opened his private practice in Cockeysville, MD where he has been serving the greater Baltimore community since.
Dr. Meissner has been an active staff member of the department of surgery at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center since 1987. He is also a staff member of The Timonium Surgical Center. Dr. Meissner specializes in performing procedures on major foot deformities & all sports related injuries.
With his own passion fueling his interest, Dr. Meissner has become a leader in his field in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
