The Pigheaded butcher is located at York and Aylesbury, near Chipotle. The shop is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed pork shank for a dinner party we were hosting. The had a portion of what we needed in stock and were breaking down two pigs the following day. My order was ready at the appointed time the next day. The pork was tasty and tender. I also picked up some deli sliced ham, it was wonderful. They source their products from a bunch local farms. They can accommodate special orders, like rabbit. Go visit the PIgheaded Butcher NOW … you won’t be disappointed
