Regina Pools & Spas – A Bioguard Platinum Dealer

We have a Hot Spring spa that started leaking in the summer of 2014. John in service kept saying he would come out and fix it, but when he finally did in the Fall, he said it was too cold to make the repairs. Thus, we had to drain the spa for the winter. It is now May 26, 2015 and we are still waiting for repairs. We have spoken with Fran, the Manager/​Owner several times. First he blamed the prior service technician John, and now he keeps saying they will fix it, but they have not. This spa is under warranty and we have not been able to use it for 8 months. Now it is time to contact the manufacturer. I do not recommend Regina Pools and Spas for a spa purchase.

We bought our Hot Spring spa at Regina Pools & Spas almost 2 ½ years ago, after my husband and I both retired, and it is one of the best purchases we have ever made: we feel like we are on vacation in our own home! Fran, the owner, told us the spas sell themselves, and he is right! Our spa, a model called the Prodigy, is perfect for our needs, buying it was an enjoyable experience, and we have had no problems with it whatsoever.
I had surgery on my shoulder in January, with a long and painful recovery and rehab process, and I am grateful every single day for our spa – it is the only place where my shoulder feels totally normal.
Taking care of the spa is easy, except for emptying and cleaning it, which takes a little time and effort but is quite manageable for the two of us. Regina will sell you everything you need, and the staff will patiently hold your hand through the process (and there are services that will do it for you, if you would rather pay someone than do it yourself). This company has been in business for a long time, they really know their stuff, and their customer service is second to none.
