Dr. Razzak was the only person that made this place bearable. Ever since he retired, it’s gone ever further downhill.
My prescription runs out in a few days so I called in to refill. I was told that, since Dr. Razzak retired, I would have to make an appointment with one of the other doctors. The soonest they could see me was next month.
I really can’t go more than a day or two without my medication or my heartburn becomes severe. The staff was completely inflexible in working together to find a solution to the problem.
I did receive a letter saying that Dr. Razzak was retiring but it didn’t mention that this would void my existing prescription.
Even when Dr. Razzak was still in practice, the wait times were always one to two hours. Bring a good book!
