B & K Custom Tailors

I don’t think I have ever given a bad review but I cannot give this place any stars. Just awful. DO NOT GO HERE!
B&K was recommended through a very reputable dress boutique. My friends and family were initially delighted to take our event dresses there for alterations. After an insanely steep estimate was given for a simple request, we decided we would continue checking other tailors.
Then… youknowwhat hit the fan. My family member was repeatedly reprimanded for wasting their time and was asked to leave. At this point, stunned with their rude behavior, she asked for her dress. The seamstress told her she was not getting it back. Finally, she was told she had to pay them in order to get the dress back!!!
I feel awful for directing my loved ones here and would advise you go elsewhere.
