Gianino and his talented team of Dental Professionals have been providing Family, General and Cosmetic Dental care to the people of Lunenburg, Leominster, Fitchburg, and the surrounding towns of North Central Massachusetts for the past 19 years. They are a full service Dental practice with an emphasis on preventative Dental care.

History

Established in 1993.

I graduated from Worcester State University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Chemistry. At that time I was inducted into the National Biology Honor Society Beta Beta Beta. Desires for adventure lead me to the Midwest. I attended Loyola University of Chicago School of Dental Surgery and received my DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 1990. After four wonderful years in the «windy city» it was time for me and my new Bride to head back home. Our first stop was in Hartford Connecticut. Here at Saint Francis Hospital I received my certification in a one year General Practice Residency.

My philosophy is a simple one. Treat people with kindness and respect as you educate and care for them, and the gratitude they will show you… money cannot buy! Today I received a Holiday Card from the office «apologizing» that they clearly didn’t spend enough time with me at my appointment back in March and asked that I give them a second chance. It took them 9 months to send me something apologizing?? They rhink I would actually believe the intent was patient care? Either they saw my bad review or they are just trying to drum up more business. I will NEVER go back to an office that cares more about putting a person in debt with unnecessary costs and outrageous fees then to offer a simple cleaning.

First off– There is a big sign in the office advertising $ 25 off your bill for a positive review left online. So keep that in mind when reading positive reviews.
I came in about a brown spot on my tooth, and left being told I needed $ 1200 in dental work– I, like the other reviewer, was also advised to take out a LOAN to pay for my dental work.
I had a concern about a small issue that was important to me, Dr. Gianino looked over my head, asked the hygienist «have you ever even HEARD of someone being worried about that?» and rolled his eyes. It was embarrassing, and it’s not how a medical professional should EVER act when asked a question by a patient! I could not believe a dentist would treat a patient so rudely.

Absolutely the best Dentist to go to in the area. I have been going here for 24+ years. The staff is so amazing and friendly! You will never find a nicer staff anywhere (I promise). They go above and beyond to help you with anything you may need or want. Dr. Gianino is a great dentist — he takes his time with you, he is polite and sincere. He does an amazing job! The staff and dentist go through tons of training all the time, so you know you are getting top of the line care. You never feel like they are taking advantage of you or giving you wrong advice. I 100% trust everyone there and I suggest this to absolutely everyone!!! I know you will be just as happy as I am!

If there was an option for zero stars this would be it. This guy is a complete scammer. He and his team act all nice to you and behind their back they scam you hardcore. They are over priced, and give you bad quotes. They pocket insurance money and make you pay the difference. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS MY WARNING.
