Dan DiPrima Heating & Air Conditioning

A no show!
I called Dan at Diprima Heating to come review my heating system after moving into a new home to answer some questions and discuss issues. We agreed on a price and a time. After he was 15 minutes late, he called and said he was running late and asked if we could reschedule. I said yes. He said he would call the next day. He did not. I called back and he said he forgot to call back. He did not apologize. We made another appointment and he did not show up.
Clearly he changed his mind along the way about doing the service call for some odd reason. Quite bad to just stand me up! I see that as a huge lack of character and I would not do business with him. I can’t imagine why he would not want to pick up a new potential customer, but for whatever reason he had, to handle it so rudely is just amazing to me.
