We had an overwhelming situation with four trees down & one on the roof in this recent storm in Medford and the team from Richard May went above and beyond to get us through a real difficult time. We called 5 or 6 contractors, Doug took the time to stop by and check out our situation and sent their team the same day, they earned a customer for life, what every business is looking for. Thank you all!

We used them to cut down a very large, old tree that was dying of a disease. They arrived on time, cut the tree into pieces without doing any damage to the surrounding home, fence, and other structures. (We were worried about this since it was quite close to our house. One stray branch and we would end up making a long call to the insurance company.) They were somewhat expensive, but not excessive. I would definitely use them again if I had a similar project.
